We like a lot going out. Yesterday we found this fine place which friends recommended to us. We had a lovely evening there with delicious meal and a nice stuff and a talented chef. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we will definitely go again soon. Highly recommended.

I had the chili dogs in California when someone had them sent as a "kit" for an event, and they were great even after traveling across the country. I saw this outlet at the airport and had to try it out, and was not disappointed. As you can imagine the hot dog was not easy to eat with everything on it, but that is the point too. Service was friendly, and food cooked as asked for. This was the last "normal" day before the pandemic officially started, glad to have had the opportunity.

Of course. It's the Chili Bowl. Went to the location in Arlington and the staff was super nice and took care of myself and this whole fam without hesitation. The original bowl is my jam.. add a little sour cream and cheese and it is heavenly. Will go back for sure, especially on a nice day so I can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Hot dog is amazing. Forget the chili, forget the fries. Get the hot dogs. I will come here again soon to taste other stuff but I doubt it'll be as good as the hot dog.

Great atmosphere, service with a smile, and amazing food! came from Kansas City & one of our group members said it's a, "must try." We did & were not disappointed at all! Our group leader said he will have to put this on the Senior Trip tour next year! Big

This place was totally horrible..went back to get what I paid for.. they actually just gave me 2 oz of chili in a little cup and expected me to put it on the now 3-hour old hot dog instead of half smoke Told me they didn't have the authority to give me a free hot dog it wasn't free I paid for it I expected to get what I ordered. didn't Called to the original location spoke to a very nice young man however I was not going to go back for the third time 20 miles out of my way

Amazing small family business! The food is as good as they say, and the warm hospitality is a pleasant surprise as well!

Super friendly workers! The grand total was $7.69 (with tax) for the chili cheese fries. Absolutely delicious and comes out piping hot. Chili had a perfect kick to it! I definitely recommend!

Here visiting. Needed to get something quick. Went inside and ordered a burger to go. Had I realized that over half the people had been waiting a long time for their food I would have gone elsewhere. After about waiting 30+ minutes I asked for my money back and left.

Did not like the chili dog: did not like the sausage nor was I impressed with the chili. I just don't really like hot dogs and chilis, their love child didn't win me over either.

Came here as a nod to nostalgia stemming from the original Ben's on U Street. This location is okay. It's nicely situated and a lot larger than the U St location with adequate parking. Being a traditionalist, I opted for the 1/2 smoke with fries. This is where the new Ben's took over. The sausage still had that snap and it was good and spicy! The chili? Honestly ? Meh. 1st, it was red! The Ben's chili I remember was damm near bLack without being burnt. This chili also had a sWeet aftertaste that while it wasn't too bad, did throw the taste off a bit. The fries were served crisp and piping hot. If I'm in this area again and I crave a 1/2 smoke, I'll definitely stop back here. I'll just lower my expectations.

Iconic for sure, but these days that's about all the credit I give it. The half smoke is tasty, but not that tasty, and definitely way overpriced. They got famous and now they just rely on their iconic nature to sell overpriced chili dogs. You can see it in their interior advertising. So while I can say I've been there now, I don't plan on returning.

First time that I tried the food from Ben's Chili Bowl. I ordered the Original Chile Half-smoke and it was very good! It was spicy enough for my taste. The only down side is that they had ran out of French fries by the time we arrived.

Cup of chili on a cool afternoon is just what the doctor ordered. Add onions and cheese ?! My first time here was really good. Nice portions for the cost, clean restaurant and the staff help us make food choices
