We had a very pleasant experience today, the services was the best I’ve experienced. I had made a mistake in my order and they were kind enough to fix it for me. Everyone was very nice always smiling, checking in on us, refilling the water. The food was delicious and the best of the best. I really felt very well taken care of and I will definitely be back.

Service was slow and the acoustics are horrible.... way too loud. It was impossible to carry on a conversation. Food was mediocre. Will never come back.

The lunch special was reasonably priced!!! The food (soy garlic wings) was good and filling. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and order was taken for carryout. The restaurant was clean too.

I was there before my pickup time and my order was sitting on the shelf. I opened it and the wings werent even hot or crispy, more like a microwave texture as well and just coated in sauce.

Stopped in here after an evening performance at Twilight Tattoo. We were seated and visited promptly and placed an order for the garlic fried chicken, bulgogi fries and I think a side of Mac and cheese. The fries were hot and bulgogi was seasoned well and complimented the textures on the plate. The garlic fried chicken was slightly over cooked but still tasty with a nice balance of crunchy batter and tender meat. The Mac and cheese was a creamy blend of spice and cheese. Bonchon is a good go to for an easy and quick meal.
