I am Highly disappointed in how I was treated Today , I made Reservation for Sundays Brunch a week ago to go for brunch I showed up after receiving a emailing from Timothy Rodgers about how many people would be attending which day after emailing with him and communicating with him I show up the day of my brunch thinking everything with my reservation was set and stone to be told that my name wasn't on the list. I ask to speak with aa manager I tell her that I was speaking with someone for a week about the reservation and he never inform me that I needed a conformation she act as if she couldn't do anything I was REALLY EXCITED AFTER SEEING THIS RESTERURANT ON TIKTOK to go and show up and be treated bad had I been anyone else they would have tired to accommodate me and my friends I will never spend , money in this type of business who cant even keep up with reservation

My friends and I saw a review done on social media and decided to give it a try this past weekend. We were very disappointed. The tables were tiny, water, orange juice, champagne were sitting out on all of the tables and were warm by the time we sat down. The waitress never greeted us or gave us her name. We ordered the first round of food, and it all came out cold. My eggs were completely over done so I asked for them to be redone - 20 minutes later they finally came out and were the exact same as before. We decided to try and give it another chance and ordered something different. The food still came out cold but it was slightly more edible. We asked several times for condiments, salt, and pepper but never received anything. Then the bill came and they automatically added a 20% gratuity to the bill. This was never disclosed to us and we only had 3 people in our party. The service and food definitely did not warrant the gratuity added. Would not recommend making the trip down into Arlington for this.

I was super disappointed with my experience here. I came for brunch on my birthday on 1/16. My boyfriend and I arrived later than the rest of our party due to something important we had to take care of but we still had an hour and a half of our allotted time slot to dine. Our waitress Meggie (Maggie?) greeted us coldly and half-assed. Almost like she didn't want to be there. I only got her name from the receipt at the end. We ordered mimosas quickly and when she came back we were ready to order food. I was trying to be as efficient as possible and make her job easier so I asked about getting multiple plates. Meggie said we can only order one at a time. I understood! I got the eggs Benedict and my boyfriend got pizza. His came out but mine was nowhere to be seen. Meggie came back 20 minutes later and I asked where my eggs Benedict were. I ordered a second plate due to my wait. The food sucked. The "avocado toast" tasted like bread and some avocado smear slapped on top. Eggs Benedict were totally tasteless too. These were the only two plates I got. I wanted to order more food but I never had a chance to. I felt like Meggie practically ignored my boyfriend and I. I also know that we were not 6 feet apart from another party. We were sitting towards the back of the bar in a booth area and smooshed next to a separate party. Something to think about when dining here. You get your temperature at the door and guests have to wear masks around the restaurant but that's about it. I'm a bar manager myself. I know good service, good food, and our bar strictly practices COVID guidelines. I'm usually patient and understanding especially when a bar is busy but this was ridiculous. I never write reviews or complain either but this experience was so awful that I felt I had to say something! Don't think we should've paid so much for how we were treated. I'm incredibly surprised due to all the good things I've heard about Bracket Room.

So a couple friends invited me out to this sports bar saying it was an awesome place to pull up to and watch the game. My father was in town to visit me so I also invited him out to hang with me and my boys(first time me and my pop ever went to a bar together lol) so I'm pretty excited to hang with everyone and just enjoy my time. I got there before my father so we are waiting for him to arrive. The manager(Tim) as well as the bouncer knew he was coming. I ordered food and was mid meal when my dad arrived. The bouncer told him that the place was at capacity(even though they knew he was coming). So i thought maybe the bouncer didn't believe he was there with us so I went to go speak with the bouncer. I explained to the bouncer that my father came from philadelphia just to hang out with me and that we told them he was coming. The bouncer and I went back and forth for a bit but we both stepped outside to talk man to man. As we were coming to an understanding the manager(Tim) burst out the front door and yelled "you're not coming in" and came pretty close to me in an aggressive way and started to yell that they are at capacity. I told him i was already inside and that I was just trying to get my father in as i told them before they were at capacity. He then yelled I don't give a sh*t you aren't coming back in. My dad was watching this and blew up as the guy was yelling at me and started to yell back at him(as any father would). The manger then quickly got behind the bouncer and the front door of the establishment. The bouncer then said man I understand but he is not going to let you back in. I told him I didn't even finish my food. As This was going on there were people still being let in as well as leaving. So I didn't not understand why my father could not get in when someone left. I understand the restrictions but people were leaving in groups. I then told my friends who were still inside what happened and they left with us. Of course when I mentioned about my bill they said "oh you can come back in". Nah man that ship has sailed. I couldn't even finish my food. Iv never seen my father so upset and honestly if it was just me there I would've just took the L but my father just came up to have a good time with me and witnessed the most extreme unprofessionalism I have ever experienced in the food industry. We both work in civil service and just needed a break with everything going on. We chose this spot to have that break, unwind, and watch some football. Never again.

Such a fabulous brunch spot! We made a group reservation ahead of time and our table was already placed upon arrival (with mimosas!). The service was great, brunch was so yummy and served as all you can eat small plates. Cannot wait to return!

Terrible experience. One person in particular was rude. Kept putting me to the side to help others. Never came back to me. Terrible.

The food was super good! Came out fast and the whole staff was super nice. Definitely go hungry for brunch because you'll wanna try everything on the menu. They check temperatures and id's at the door so make sure your whole party is healthy and over 21. It's really nice that they give you a whole bottle of champagne and oj for the table so you can refill when you please. Not exactly the cheapest brunch but definitely worth it. Covid precautions were good at the door but the tables were kind of close together so be safe!

Came here for Veteran's Day and Kevin gave us one of the best experiences I've had in a while. His knowledge of the menu, recommendations and customer service made our evening amazing.

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years. We love this place and the people that run it. (We always do brunch) the staff is friendly and as accommodating as possible. Food is good, the drinks keep come and the variety is far beyond any other brunch in the area.

Went in with a party of six for brunch on Sunday afternoon, and everything on the menu tasted as delicious as the menu made it out to be. Probably one of the best brunch locations in the DC Metro area. Despite being a little busy due to the football games taking place, the service staff made sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely be coming back!

I'm glad they are still able to operate with COVID, but I was here for two hours this past Sunday and the bartender wasn't wearing a mask the ENTIRE time. Not much more needs to be said -- they check temperature upon entry, but the bartender's behavior is reflective of how seriously Bracket Room is taking COVID.

My fiancé and I had an amazing brunch here! We made reservations via email and arrived to have our temperatures checked which made me feel so comfortable! We have been trying to keep our exposure to a minimum so this step was fantastic. We ate outside and had wonderful service and tables were socially distanced. The food...how do I even give enough credit through words. Seriously incredible. I even had an amazing gluten-free pizza which my GF stomach loved. This is definitely my brunch spot from now on, both for the delicious food and the above and beyond COVID pre-cautions they're taking.

One of my favorite brunch spots in Clarendon! Service was good and the food was even better! The plates are super filling and they keep the drinks coming! I've come during COVID and they do a decent job of separating tables and doing temperature checks upon entering.
