Love this restaurant!!! Excellent food and margaritas. Sit on the rooftop! Bryan was such an amazing server with a lively energy!! I have a gluten allergy and he checked everything with the kitchen staff, even when the food was put down and made me feel assured that it was safe to eat. Such a great atmosphere and cannot wait to come back for brunch!

I love coming to Buena Vida! Fun atmosphere, consistent service and great food. Our waiter Brian was excellent! He was very attentive, super friendly and provided the best service during our dinner Saturday night. My parents were in town for the weekend and Brian really made their visit extra special! I got a spicy marg and typically I am very picky when it comes to margaritas. It was actually spicy and tasted very authentic. No sour mix, which is how I prefer to have it. Will definitely be back!

We celebrated my husband's 38th birthday and I surprised him with his frat brothers. I wanted a place that had great drinks, good food and affordable prices for everyone attending. They are bourbon drinkers typically but they enjoyed the presentation of their take on an Old Fashion with Rum. The wait staff was patient as we took our time ordering, our food was timely for a large group and it was delicious. Everyone had a drink, shared appetizer and a meal and it was about $50/person. We intentionally chose to celebrate in VA over DC due to their additional fees and ease in parking across the street. We went to the rooftop for more drinks after and it was beautiful. We spent about $160 on casamigas shots for a round of 9 of us with tip. Honestly, the bartender on the rooftop who was a woman with shoulder length hair could been a little more welcoming. Overall, we were happy. Thank you for having us and we will definitely be back.Parking: Park in crossings place garage that is across from the venue
