Bao buns are delightful, on the smaller side but buns are soft and fluffy, and fillings are delicious (mushroom, spicy chicken and bulgogi are recommended). If you’re hungrier, opt for the rice bowl.

There is not a single employee in sight whatsoever unless you put in an order. They get the receipt and disappear. It’s so bizarre.

Really great bao with a cool second restaurant concept in the back! Highly recommend the bulgogi and the mushroom bao. The food is delicious, but the atmosphere is a bit strange. Not a bad thing, but the Bun’d Up portion of the restaurant runs more like a takeout only vibe even though there are tables. I like the vibe, but be warned before expecting anything fancier than fast casual tables. I’ve never eaten at the second concept restaurant in the back, but it looks like slightly nicer table service compared to the Bun’d Up portion in the front.

This is one of my absolute favorite places in the neighborhood! I would give the service 5 stars if the phone number ever worked or anyone answered the phone…the only frustrating thing I’ve encountered here. Otherwise, the food is impeccable and consistent! A must-try.
This is my crew’s favorite spot for lunch. The rice bowls (especially pork belly) are so good!! It’s enough food to more than satisfy my hangry

We recommend everyone to give them a try if you are a fan of Korean flavours.Fries were not good at all. Completely bland. Try the other signature items.
Catered at Port City Brewing Co. and it was almost $16 for three small buns! The pork belly lacked flavor, even salt. The bulgogi was good, but it just didn't feel like it justified the price while serving such small portions.

Bun'd Up is a pretty popular Asian fusion restaurant (also another location in Union Market) that I've been meaning to check out. If you like bao buns (done creatively) and rice bowls, maybe give Bun'd Up a try! A few of us stopped by for lunch on Christmas Eve for a quick meal. You can order food at the kiosk and it comes out pretty quickly.BUNS & FRIES COMBO - 13This combo comes with two buns and a side of crinkle-cut fries. My friend and I weren't too hungry, so we decided to share it. I got a bulgogi bun which wasn't too bad. The bulgogi had a pretty sweet marinade and comes with some pickled cucumbers. Overall, it was OK, I'd get a different bun next time. The fries were pretty good, but inconsistent. There were some really crispy fries, some under-fried fries -- and then some had a lot of seasoning and some had none at all. My friend and I definitely raced to eat the best looking fries with more seasoning. At the end, we still killed the fries. Even the "bad" ones were passable.Pretty casual lunch/meal option. I don't think it was amazing, but I wouldn't be opposed to coming back if someone wanted buns.

We were the only ones in the restaurant and they didnt put out bao buns in the bag. Will def be sticking to the union market location.

This is extremely frustrating we drove over an hour to get here. Online it says open and the door says open but the doors are locked. There are two me. Right in front smoking it neither said anything…. So I guess it’s closed. Won’t be back.
