I wouldn't recommend any of the burgerims not just particularly this one - burgers are sub par and if you're going to eat halal it's not founded on particularly halal standards. Please reconsider how your food is sourced before going to burgerim.

Service was bad to begin with. Food was brought out cold. The bread was falling apart and the meat looked old. Dry fries and milkshakes were disgusting.

This place is absolutely vile. To start, the menu is very hard to read. A combo meal is a $2.99 fry plus a drink. If you want sweet potatoe fries you pay an additional $.79- here is what is crazy- the sweet potato fries stand alone as an add on though are $4.79. Have you every heard of the stand alone add ons being more than a combo with two things??? Its a joke and the fries are the same size. Uniform containers. The fries also are horrible and covered in oil. When asked about the pricing the employee said "i dont know i agree its wrong the manager is terrible here and this place is run horribly". I should have run for the fences with that comment alone. Milkshakes are also $5.99 and the machine that gas station use (FREAL) is what is used. You can get the same shake at a gas station for half the price. Avoid this place at all costs

The overly priced burger and lemon pepper did not taste like lemon pepper wings. There are so cheap with the paper bags. They put 2- 6 piece wings, a burger, and fries in one bag by the time I got home. The bag broke and all my food rolled onto the ground. They couldn't even use 2 paper bags to pack the food. The burger taste like Burger King. I could be gone to Burger King for less price of a burger.

This place was extremely disappointing... first off the website is unusable and then the menu in the restaurant is very hard to read. We were not asked how we would like our burger done and Our burger patty was under cooked and pink. The fries tasted like oil and were very over priced for the size. Also a single fries side was more expensive then the combo deal which logically does not make sense. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating but this burger place was a huge disappointment and I would never return. Also the "world famous milkshake" is just the freal drink you get at a gas station..

So yes.. do come here. They have a nice burgers. I tried Party box. Which comes with 2 different styles of burger,fries and onion rings. well cooked.But sometime they bring you little cold burgers may be because when they wait on other ones to be cooked. the previous cooked one gets colder. Next time i will request to serve me hot burger.. freshly taken off the grill. Must try ??

You need to try the crispy chicken burger here. I’m surprised no has recently written a review about it. Make sure to add cheese to your burger, it’s just delish!

We went to the new store in Gambrills today for the first time and we were highly underwhelmed. We were expecting a gourmet burger but it seemed like nothing more than a pre-made frozen hockey puck. I generally don't go to places that use pre-made burgers because the patties are so compressed I feel like they don't get cooked thoroughly and I always get sick. I won't be back. I'm sticking with the burger place across the street.

I was impressed with both the quality and prices at BurgerIM. The duo combo is quite filling! We tried the angus beef and grilled chicken, and both were delicious. The toppings are fresh and served generously. We also capped the meal off with a chocolate milkshake, which was rich and tasty.We also appreciate the friendliness and conscientiousness of the staff, who wore masks the entire time we were there. This was our first time there and we will certainly be back!

Food was pretty meh. Not horrible, but Shake Shack is down the road an a million times better. Fries taste like chips if you get a thin one (some may like that, but I didn't order chips). Soda machine was malfunctioning and spraying all over the place when I went...the staff didn't care at all. Mask was not covering one of the worker's nose when we picked up our food. Will not return

I was kind of surprised as to how bad the food was, as my last time ordering from there was pretty above average. But this time was unfortunately a horrific disaster. It started when I opened the bag and was greeted by EVERYTHING BEING ABSOLUTELY SOAKED IN WING SAUCE(I'm talking like 3-4 cups of sauce just dumped into the styrofoam package of 6 BURNT, DRY wings)Unfortunately, the rest my Order was still entirely wrong-- Extras I had to PAY for were left off of my burgers, Both my orders of fries weren't just "Cold" they were Cold and Stale- the Jalapeno Cheese fries had next to NO cheese, and a whole jalepeno "mostly" cut up. My Wife's burger came in a bun, even though I ordered a lettuce wrap, without the extras she requested- and the lamb patties I again paid extra for were BURNED TO A CRISP and INEDIBLE. Strangely- My burger was stone cold and red in the center AND INEDIBLE, and gray on the outside... Without the extra toppings I HAD PAID FOR added.All in all, don't waste your time. The only thing that was good about the order... was the ketchup packets... once I had RINSED ALL THE WING SAUCE OFF.

Ordered delivery through Grub Hub, food showed up within 20 mins. The order was incorrect, the burgers where well done and burnt. Fries where ice cold and the chicken tenders where overcooked and they dumped Sauce over the entire bag.
