I had a few issues with this order. The main issue is that I found a plastic bag tie in my sandwich. Thankfully I noticed it before eating it! In addition to this, the order took a lot longer than the cook said it would.I ordered online through GrubHub, and it listed it at 15-25 minutes until it was going to be ready. I came in at 30 minutes and they hadn't started on it. I was told 5 minutes by the person at the counter (6 by the cook behind her) and had no problem waiting. My wife and baby were waiting outside, which I didn't think would be an issue for 5 minutes. The food didn't actually come up until 30 minutes after I arrived. I understand they may be behind, but please be honest with how long it will actually take to make the food.Food was fine, but a bit overpriced for what you're getting. I've lived here for two years and never got around to going here. Now I know I wasn't missing much but a waste of time.

Ordered a sandwich and it looked nothing like the pictures. Portion was extremely small. They totally ignored my preferences too n forgot to add certain things. It was mostly bread. They also took over 30 minutes to fulfill my order. Had my first Uber driver cancel the delivery. N Uber eventually sent another driver. Horrible experience. I spent 20 bucks for a halfassed, tiny portion bad tasting sandwich.

Capriottis is THE place to get a cheesesteak or a bobbi... thats a turkey sub with cranberry sauce and stuffing.. the Arlington locations staff are super friendly and offer quick service with a smile.. thank you

Already love this place. They have the best sandwiches 100%. But what makes this place even better is how they treat their customers. We had a little mess up on an online order with them being out of ingredients for one sandwich. They immediately called us to tell us we could either cancel the order or get something else. We decided to cancel the order. However I never got a refund and just called to see if they could do so. The manager we spoke to, Lawrence, was absolutely amazing. He not only apologize profusely but decided to make our sandwiches asap for us. He gave us some freebies as well as an apology as well. We were very appreciative of the way they treated the situation. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

My daughter and I are in town for a few days and went looking for a local sandwich shop. We walked into this place, completely on a whim, and had a wonderful conversation with Lawrence, the General Manager (super friendly guy). I got the Classic Italian and my daughter got the Classic Cheesesteak. Both sandwiches were AMAZING!!! We will definitely be going back before we leave town. Highly recommend.

Subs are great! Service not so much. Took forever! I watched my food sit on the counter ready to go for over 5 minutes before I finally said something. There were 2 employees chillen not doing anything who couldn’t even hand me my food. By the time I received my sandwich it was not even warm anymore! ??

overpriced and understaffed. I have been twice. The people there are very nice, but they are way understaffed. Typical wait time for 1 sandwich is over 20 mins. And that is with very few people in line/waiting. And yet after waiting 20+ mins the steak and chees came out cold and minimal meat. Plenty of other sandwich places nearby that are significantly less expensive while providing more substance and quicker service.

Nice folks, but disappointing sub! I went in (to a SANDWICH shop! This is what they DO!) and asked if they could put together a vegetarian sub for me. I didn't particularly want the plant-based meats, so I said "everything else; cheese, veggies, whatever; as long as it's vegetarian." The sub I opened once I got to work was: A big loaf of very white bread, lots of lettuce, meager tomatoes and a sprinkling of onions. In other words, NO cheese, pickles, olives, bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, cukes, etc. Basically bread and lettuce, with mayo and pepper sauce. Sorry, for $12+, that's not satisfying.

Wait was long. They need more than just 2 employees working on a weekend. Thought for the cost should have been better. Employees were very nice. Sandwiches were very good.
Simply one of the worst chain subs I've ever had. Bang for buck wise I'd rather have Subway. Opened the bag and wax paper, meat was barely in the bread. It seemed almost deconstructed. Meat was fine, mostly ham. Bread stale and barely edible. Was worth a try but only once.

I had the largest size of the steak and cheese sub. Got it delivered and it was still hot on the inside and delicious. I have no issues with the food and taste that was perfect and i thoroughly enjoyed it. But for 30$ i expected a bigger sandwhich like you would get in Philly for a cheesesteak. Again it was delicious but it's overpriced for the amount of food you're getting.

First experience was great. Second one…. Not so much. They forgot a food item that i paid for and then i called the store to get a refund or replacement. Some guy picks up the phone, very short with me, and then says hes going to get a manager. Waited almost 10minutes on the phone on hold. Eventually i just gave up and hung up. I want my money back :(

Ordered via Uber Eats. Got a roast beef sandwich and the lettuce on the sub was wilted, brown and slimy.Ordered a salad too and asked for salami. Got ham when it was delivered. The ham had a weird medicine smell to it. Didn’t eat it at all.

Hubs and I ordered from here w Uber Ears And OMG I think I've found a new favorite sandwich place.....Capriottis! Hubby ordered the Waygu Cheesesteak. It the perfect amount of meat and toppings. He said it tasted delicious and said next time remind me to order the larger size! I ordered the Waygu Slaw Be Joe. w double cheese. It might literally be one of the best sandwiches ever! This place has at least 6 other sandwiches I want to try so we will be ordering from here again soon. Just writing this review has me regretting I already ate dinner because I want a Cappriotis sub now!
