I thought this is Mezze, did not know there is a Mezze and a Cava Mezze. Cava Mezze is ok but in comparison with Mezze, it's not my preference. However, if you like Chipotle style bows and wraps, they have a lot of options and the quality of the food is ok. It's not great, but is not considered bad at all either.

Small plates let you try a lot of different things. Some were great. Some were just okay. Some were generous portions. Others skimpy. My favorites were the flaming cheese and pork belly sliders. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the beverages.

Wow... First off, service by our waiter Cam was amazing. Cam came at the perfect time in-between courses, and very professional. For our starters we had the hummus, followed by the street corn and crispy chicken sliders and spanakorizo. Desert was the ekmek. For our drinks we had blackberry margaritas. The food and drinks were phenomenal and the atmosphere is laid back. We will definitely be making this a favorite spot to come to!!

This place was delicious ! I really enjoyed every dish we got! This place is more of small plates and designed to share between me and my boyfriend we had ordered four things and it was just right. I’d say maybe skip the dips it wasn’t anything super impressive and kinda pricy for how little you get and opt in for a veggie item. Crispy chicken sliders were amazing! Pork belly was great ! And the N/A drinks were very good! I can’t wait to go back everyone for the most part was pretty nice I feel maybe the food timing was a little awkward and the service seemed more casual then what the prices here I think imply but nothing major.

Delicious food, but we came in at about 9:30 for dinner on a Friday night and by 9:50, we were getting rushed out. At 10:20, we’re finishing our bottle of wine and the lights are getting turned on above us. Not the experience one would expect from such an establishment.

Ordered the chicken and waffles and the waffle was hard and the Chicken was extremely dry. The plate size was very small and all plates a la carte were small and very salty. It was a huge disappointment

We came in with 9 people for brunch on Saturday and the food, service, atmosphere was amazing!! The brunch menu was so great. It had so many options and all of them were so great. Our server Gabi was the best. She was attentive and SO fun!! She really made the experience here so good. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant was good. Atmosphere was a bit dark and felt a bit too closed in at our particular table for my personal taste, but that's a matter of preference. Food was pretty good, but it comes in fairly small portions -- a caution for those new to this place.Parking: Limited roadside parking in paid spots.

Went for Sunday brunch. Menus smelled like rag.Service was good. Food was mediocre. Most of the food was a bit dry, assuming they’ve been cooked and left out for awhile. Their 25cent mimosas were a bit of a joke, barely any alcohol in it… not that I expected it to be good since it’s 25 cents. I don’t think it’s worth $38 pp brunch. Wouldn’t return.

Saturday made three times that I've been to the Cava Mezze Clarendon location. The first two visits were absolutely outstanding and all of the food including drinks were delicious. However, this third time I was extremely disappointed with the service we received and with the food. My friends and I received our appetizers and meals lukewarm. The food didn't have much flavor. It was under seasoned. However, the drinks as per usual never disappoint. I enjoyed my beverages here. I will say, though our server didn't really check up on us like he should have especially since everyone at our table got the $38 brunch mania, which includes discounted alcoholic beverages. Anytime I purchase the brunch menu or any place that has an option of discounted alcoholic, beverages or bottomless mimosas I'm trying to get the most for my book however, in this case I didn't feel like I did I felt like we had to pull teeth just to get what we wanted. I'm not sure if I'll be back for brunch after this experience it was a drastic, decline and disappointment compared to what I've experienced in the past with Cava Mezze.

We went for brunch at 2pm on Saturday and ate outside on the back patio. We had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. We got a variety of items from the menu from Lamb Chops to French Toast. Everything was excellent. Friendly and attentive service and management. Constantine and Jabari took great care of us and Gabby was also very great with our kids (she wasn’t our server but she went out of her way to be friendly and engaging with our kids). We will be back!!

The Cava Mezze in Arlington is consistently excellent - great food, great service. I come here regularly, at least a few times per month, and have never had a bad experience. I saw a review below about one of the servers, Kostas, and want to offer my perspective because I've had the exact opposite experience. Kostas has always made my friends and me feel comfortable, he is knowledgeable about the menu, and he remembers my go-to wine and favorite menu items. I now specifically ask to be seated in his section if he's working - just did this tonight in fact! (also - to be clear - the other servers and bartenders are great too!)FWIW, my favorite dishes on the menu right now are Opa Opa Shrimp, Grilled Octopus, and Crispy Chicken Sliders.Vegetarian options: There are a bunch of veggie choices - my favorite is zucchini fritters. The Village Salas is also great and pretty authentic.

Date night with my husband. We enjoyed the warm weather with outside seating Food was excellent. Service excellent. We shared the crazy feta. OMG!! The feta was soft and maybe whipped. Very light. Seasoned to perfection with I believe was dill. I could have eaten it with a spoon. We also shared the mixed grill - more then enough food for 2 people- we have lots of leftovers. The lamb chops and beef meatballs were hands down my favorite. The gyros and lamb meatballs were my husbands favorite. The chicken skewers were good but underwhelming compared to the other meats. We munched on the fries which were perfectly seasoned. Lastly we had the sokolqta which was a mistake only because we were too full to really enjoy it. It was heavier then we thought - like a dense mousse. Plenty to share . In hindsight I would have skipped dessert. We missed the flaming cheese on the menu- but will say it was a very very popular dish. Next time.

I have been getting takeout almost every week since the pandemic. The quality has gone down. They started giving a smaller portion of pita. The price has gone up which is not too surprising . However the worst is that the chicken kabob has changed. It was red tonight when it is normally yellow and it tasted completely different. Because of my schedule I was planning on eating takeout there tomorrow as well. Now I will be making other plans.

It was our first time in Cava Mezze and it was fantastic. The brunch menu is worth it! Do come very hungry! Lots of delicious food. I was very happy with how easy it was to modify some stuff due to my celiac. Theres GF options and they have no issues in modifying other plates. Service was amazing, super friendly. Will definitely come back soon! Thank you for a great Easter Brunch experience.
