I placed an online order before the breakfast cut off. I drove to the store to pick up my order when they canceled it and claimed they threw everything away. You would expect them to fulfill your order if it was placed on time. Manager was not helpful and just spoke across the counter to staff.

We all know chick fil a tastes great, but Anthony’s customer service was amazing, I truly appreciate people like him who go above and beyond - which is saying a lot for Chick Fil A’s already high standards for customer service ? I rated atmosphere 4 stars because parking is tricky, but it’s Ballston after all ??♀️

The store is truly horrible. The employees are rude, they screw up your order, almost every single time, and there are hardly any tables to sit at. I went with my toddler, and there were some construction workers sitting at the table next to us using the F word and cursing nonstop. We finally had to get up and leave. At that same visit they gave my toddler french fries instead of macaroni and cheese, and when I went to tell them, they demanded I show a receipt and tried to act as if I were lying. They also charge a fortune to deliver at this location. I do not recommend it. Definitely not what you expect of Chick-fil-A. Last time I ordered delivery they quite literally sent us potato chips instead of french fries and we were missing three things from our order. I had to call them and it was forever to get them to put points back on my account so that I could re-order and then I had to pay to have it delivered again. Can you call the store to tell them and you get hung up on half of the time. This location should shut down.

Small venue. I’ve ordered mobile order three times as I live nearby. Every time my order has been significantly delayed and wrong. Today I ordered via mobile order 10 mins in advance. Still waited 15 mins after arriving and order was wrong. I ordered a pimento sandwich filet (which I was looking forward to) and received 6 pc nuggets. Sauces were also wrong. I did confirm the name in the order was correct. I would recommend looking elsewhere if time and quality are important to you.
The Hispanic manager when asked for a donational sandwich at the end of the night would not give it to me. I said it was for me but it actually was not. It was for my friend's child. She was extremely rude and not pleasant. She worked Monday night October 30th. Please note that this woman would not help even for a sandwich. Thank you very much for your time!

i will rate this restaurant base on my own experience,I was there this Saturday the staff was not what I was expecting ,so I picked up my mobile order and there was this girls by the door,one of them barely speaks English but the other woman was a fat ass with this really nasty attitude her Name was Ashley I asked her for a water cup and she told me to go inside if I want it this person needs a really good training definitely she didn't have any idea what a great customer service means ..
