Only had 1 drink here. It was $16. I drank the poorly made old fashioned. Gave the spot 2 stars simply because the bartenders were very nice.

I enjoyed my time in Aubrey and sons restaurant for a lunch with my coworkers. The food was so good I ate it so fast I forgot to take pictures instead I took time to take pictures of my wonderful dessert the crème brûlée! It was excellent! And the service was superb!

Extraordinary ambience and super affable service. The menu was fresh and delicious. Will surely recommend this place to friends. Affordable rates and big portions. Keep it up.

Visited on Sat I believe. I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. Food and feeling reminds me of Kansas City.

I had a pretty disappointing experience here. I was a part of a large group so we were given a prefix menu that had no vegetarian options as the main entree. They wait or said they could accommodate and I trusted his statement sinye their regular menu has options like beyond burgers, cauliflower crust flatbreads, and pasta however I was brought over a plate of grilled vegetables while my peers feasted on 12 oz rib eyes and huge stuffed flounders. They put zero thought into accommodating me and my other vegetarian coworkers and it left me hungry and very sad. I will not be coming back here.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I have to say the service is always fantastic and they keep the place well kept constantly. Rates are affordable and they serve generous portions.

Had breakfast here and decided to go with the buffet. The omelette was very good, but I gotta say that the chef was not happy and was really impatient with those behind me. The cheesy bacon grits were very tasty and the bacon was crisp. The waitress was not very attentive, as she spent more time with the hostess than checking on customers. I'm not sure why the hostess felt the need to put customers so close. I'd come back for the food when staying here knowing that service will be sub-par.

The lobster pizza is definitely worth it.

A basic hotel restaurant with little appeal. Only one person there when we walked in and a very limited menu and only one server on duty. He was quick to point out that if I wanted a cocktail, he'd have to go downstairs to get it. I ordered a simple margherita pizza and they failed to even get that right. Although the crust and tomatoes were tasty, instead of basil there was some weird micro green on top. Only a few tables were occupied by the time we left. I'd suggest you eat in the bar downstairs.

I'm not sure what others expect when they visit restaurants in a small hotel but my lunch here was good. Service was also good and attentive. The prices are high but I expected that.

July 19, I went there for breakfast. I wanted pancakes decribed on the breakfast menu. I didn't want the buffet. The hostess sat us down. She didnt ask if we wanted to order from menu or buffet. No options were provided. I then told her I wanted to order from kitchen. She says she will get the waiter. Waiter comes : I tell him I want to order from the kitchen. Instead of making an order for pancakes, he talks me into the buffet which we didnt want. So I order the buffet. The chocolate pancakes were hard and the edges were dry. Dissatisfied and Disappointed. Waste of money. Very bad service. Its like he didn't want to be bothered to take my order. Why is there an option to order pancakes on the menu? The only reason im giving 3 stars was because on the previous day 7/18 Mohammed gave excellent impeccable service. And he was doing it all with no help. So I know the standard is there.

On an extended stay at the Centric (8 days), I ate breakfast in the restaurant each morning. Upscale setting with linen napkins and a nice view out their picture windows of Wilson Blvd. Their menu offers the standard breakfast fare as well as a wonderful buffet, which I selected each morning. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, comfort food. Everything on the buffet is fantastic. They have Tony, the Eggspert, who will whip up the yummiest of omelets (his specialty and his own creation, the cheeseburger omelet, is a must) or fried or scrambled eggs for you. Their is also fresh fruit, yogurts and muffins for the offering. Coffee is delicious and always fresh. The staff: Emee, Ruth and Oscar in particular would greet me each morning and after the third day, remembered my drinks and just asked if that's what I still wanted. THAT is personal service!!!! Each day, I had the need to take breakfast to my Dad as a takeaway and each morning one of the three staff who'd take care of me would get Dad's containers, silverware (2 sets in case he dropped one), salt and pepper, Splenda for his coffee and would even remember his ketchup! after a few days, they'd check with me and get it ready from memory. Whether you staying for a night or more, this is a nice place to sit and relax.

I always find the staff there exceptionally kind, the food uniformly quite good, and the portion sizes generous. A cut above what one might expect from a hotel restaurant.
