The manager Kate was very racists and disrespectful when approaching her about her rude disrespectful employees who refused to let us play pool after getting to the pool table first. It was a white and asian girl at the desk very rude attitude… Yall dont waste yall time or money !!!!

I went there las Friday at the happy hour and it was the most disappointing experience I had . Even though I went to this place several times before.The bartender, who I think was an Asian woman had the worst attitude ever, and I don't think she has teeth because she didn't smile the whole time I was there, I mean...I was with my girlfriend and another couple (we are all from south america) and I think she didn't like that. You can tell that she hates her own life or her job, never seen a bartender with that attitude before. I don't recommend that place at all if she is there.The food was below average, the chicken sandwich was a chicken tender heated in a microwave in bread with a piece of lettuce (disappointing), and the she took the wrong order by the way, because my friend asked for 2 sandwiches and they brought only 1 for them, and it was the wrong one.It was supposed to be a relaxing night, but after that experience we decided to pay and go somewhere else to spend our money.By the way, there was another bartender (a blonde guy who was very friendly and polite)* I forgot...when I ask for a pool table she told me that there was a 10 people waiting list without looking at the list even though there were 3 tables available with nobody around. (She was really awful)

Had a work event here. They roped off a quieter corner for us despite having a tournament going on that night. Their appetizers were tasty, and the beverages were great. We all had a great evening, and really appreciated the venue's willingness to accommodate us.
