Five stars hands down! The manager Scott was amazing. I have zero complaints about the service. The environment was perfect and the food was amazing. I had the Reuben and cheese and the sauce that comes with it was so good. It was the best sandwich I've ever had. My husband and sister in law had a burger and it was thick and juicy. The popcorn was bursting with flavor. All around this is the best experience I've had in a while eating out. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Fun Brunch spot. All short rib dishes are fantastic. Also, enjoyed the Country Breakfast . Server was pleasant, and food delivered quickly.

My husband and I had a brunch date here and it was lovely. Our server was very attentive, and the menu had a lot of great options. He got the steak and eggs. Both came prepared as requested. I had the steak and brussel salad, with my steak also prepared as requested. Will be back.

We have been coming to Copperwood for many years and always enjoyed it. The vibe has changed though. The 1980s hair band metal music ruined the atmosphere. It feels now like a restaurant that's lost its way.

Another place with great food. The French toast sticks with blueberry and lemon spread are divine. The waitstaff is excellent. The ambiance is cozy and warm.

Service was not as good as the food. We went during brunch on a Saturday. The food was delicious. Service was slow and the waiter first greeting to us was "what do you want to drink" no good morning or my name is.... When another table was seated, Marcos was sure to greet them with his name.

Copperwood is great. The food is good. They usually have good beer and wines to choose from. Go during happy hour and sit in the bar area. Other than that the food is overpriced as is much of Shirlington, probably why so many restaurants close.

The Breakfast Sandwich was ordered and it was subpar for the guest. They were disappointed that the “sliced brioche bread” seemed to be a hamburger bun and a soggy one at that. The sandwich ingredients of egg and sausage weren't very good so all in all the dish was only salvaged by the fries. The rest of the party enjoyed their orders.

I want to like this restaurant, I really do. Sitting outside is fun. Service is good. Wine pours are generous. But the food is not great. Oysters are no-name, almost like an afterthought, and they are dull, not at all briny. They are just blah. A salad is bright and pretty with shaved carrots and radishes but then the shrimp put on top of it are dripping with butter. We wonder if they were originally prepared for another dish. Not a fan. I think they are gliding by on their location in the middle of Shirlington's restaurant row.

The food was fantastic & so was the ambiance and vibes; we sat outside and it was very pleasant. Only downside was our waiter was extremely unattentive & disappeared after taking our order.

Went here for my friends birthday brunch and had a great time. All the food was really good and priced well.

Mixed review. Had dinner one night and loved the French onion soup and salad I had and service was great. But Saturday brunch was disappointing. Potatoes were good but the avocado goat cheese omelette sounded better than it was. Overcooked and very dry with dry feta cheese. It took forever for someone to refill my coffee but service was decent.

My burger was brought out undercooked and before having it cooked to the correct temperature, the server condescendingly lectured me about it being cooked correctly and that I didn’t recognize it as such because their beef is “fresh” and “farm to table” as though I have never had a burger made from fresh ground beef. I wish I had taken a photo because it was clearly just undercooked. The chocolate cake was so terrible we didn’t finish it. Thankfully they took it off the bill. The atmosphere is nice but the food was disappointing.

Come eat brunch here! We just finished eating our perfectly cooked steak and eggs and delicious blueberry ricotta pancakes. We started this feast with the biscuit platter—the biscuits were so fluffy. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming! Btw, some burgers went by our table and we started salivating. What are you waiting for? Come see for yourself!
