I want to like this place but the service has been problematic. Of the 3, bars along this strip, service here is easily the worst. I never got a drink (water) during first visit and server never returned after I placed and opened tab for my order. I was asked to open tab and would have ordered more if anyone would’ve checked. I eventually just left. Things were a little busy so I was too bothered.I gave them another shot and did get a drink second time around. Service was a little better. Staff repeatedly walking by customers and not checking on them is a bit odd and a pattern. I ordered the same food items and food was okay. Of the 3 bars in area food here actually was the best tasting. Cleanest establishment too. Perhaps sitting at bar offers better experience. I doubt I’ll return anytime soon, because service challenges.

All my clothes smell like a deep fryer every time I leave Crafthouse. I think they probably have inadequate exhaust in the kitchen, or some other problem.I go here pretty regularly, especially for work happy hours. Every single time we go here, everyone walks out wreaking of deep fryer oil. It’s been this way for several years.Decent drinks and service.

I was in Arlington with my immediate family, and picked the Crafthouse as it was close to our AirBnb. We were happy with our choice: food was good, but the service was superb. Kudos to Zoha to make our dinner an excellent experience.Parking: No problem in finding a street parking in front of the restaurant (it was a Tuesday around 7:30pm)

This is a great bar to hang out with friends! We enjoy the food and drinks, but what has kept us coming back is the service from Zoha. She is so friendly and welcoming, and she remembers customers and greets us each time we are there. Zoha does a great job of making us feel comfortable and have a great time at crafthouse!
Crafthouse Arlington has been my go-to trivia spot for over a year now. We tried other bars before landing here, but enjoyed the atmosphere at Crafthouse the most. A key differentiator has been the service - Zoha is a gem, she puts in effort to help us find good drink options from the extensive beer/cider/etc menu, and has a great rapport with us and other guests. The trivia is run by Trivia Kings and is a really solid event.

This is a good neighborhood bar, where I have had very good food and service. Carlos, a bartender there for about a year, is a good mixologist who delivers unfailingly good service. I haven't tried the entire menu, but have never been disappointed with the food, and they recently started daily specials. The atmosphere is usually very pleasant, too - it is a go-to place for conversation with friends, and bonus points for extensive Halloween decorations. The only thing to be wary of is that they have events in the evenings a few days a week, which will make the atmosphere uncomfortably loud if you're there for a quiet drink. There is karaoke every Friday night around 7:30, for instance. If you like that, it'll be an additional draw for you, but if you're like me, just plan on leaving when it starts. Good place overall - no complaints and shout out to Carlos, Alphonso, and Patrick.

My buddy and I discovered Crafthouse on a search after checking out Washington Capitals team practice a few months back and have been stopping in here ever since. Patrick is an amazing bartender and his service skills are excellent and in my opinion are second to none. His knowledge of Beers and their great food are amazing along with his friendly approach and his attention to details. Every time I stop in here and sit at the bar if Patrick is working I know it will be a great experience. Would recommend this place to all my family and friends. Would give 10 stars if I could

Nice little spot across the street from the office. Popped in for lunch around 1:30 or so and it was dead. Just my coworkers and I. Service was really good but the food seemed to come out slow. The most coolest thing though was that our food was delivered to the table by a robot. Seriously. The bartender had to come place the food on the table but it came from the kitchen on a talking robot! That was a first for me. I had the steak nachos, as did my boss and OMG. Nachos were top tier. Cheese was awesome. Chips were warm and crisp. Pico and sour cream with lettuce etc. It was great!
