I have loved this spot previously but today's customer service experience was one of the worst in my life. The server was rude and confrontational to the point we left before we even ordered our food.

Do not order from this place I repeat do not.Ordered jumbo chicken strips, harder than a rock, dangerous than Covid-19. Shouldn’t have that hard of a chicken on the menu. I thought I was a bad cook but boy these people have audacity to sell that hard chicken in their restaurant.

Ordered the soy garlic chicken strips and the seasoned fries. One of the dipping sauces that came with the fries was spicy and so good, easily my favorite sauce. For the chicken, the medium 10 piece is enough to split and even have some for leftovers. For the sides, I ordered rice and kimchi. I thought that this was a cool atmosphere, too!

Me and my husband love this Korean fried chicken place! The truffle fries are exceptional, the wings are delicious, and the beef bulgogi is also delicious! We take most of our visiting friends and family to eat here!

3.5 stars. Comparing it to commercial chains such as bonchon, there were pros and cons. Pros include an additional flavor ( honey glazed ) which is pretty good, and slightly less cost. The con I had was that Chicken and fries I always order are not as crispy.

Honey Glazed and Soy Garlic- both were amazing flavors!!! I preferred the soy garlic because the honey had a bit of a sweeter flavor to it. Getting half and half was a great move. It came with two sides- we chose pickled radish and coleslaw which were your typical tasting dishes. These wings were more than enough for our party of 3. I definitely would order again. My roommate thought in her opinion they tasted better than Bonchon wings so if you like Bonchon, you'll most likely be a fan of this place!

Ordered take away for dinner last night. We got: chicken strips, soy garlic. Pot stickers extra hot, Spicy pork and bulgogi. The pot stickers *deliver* on the heat. I actually couldn't tell how spicy the spicy pork was because the residual heat carryed over from the pot stickers (which was a-ok with me). The portion sizes of meat is extremely generous. The mains are 2 meals for me easy. The only area of slight improvement could be more rice with those big mains, and we didn't get the kimchi slaw side, but generally very very happy with our dinner.

Tonight was our first time ordering food from DAK chicken. We ordered wings (honey, soy garlic, and sweet/spicy), strips (soy garlic, sweet/spicy), potstickers (garlic) and Parmesan garlic fries. First of all, they labeled the boxes with the different flavors for each side and separated them with wax paper. That was awesome! The honey and soy garlic wings were FANTASTIC!! Sweet spicy was also good, but my least favorite of three (nothing on DAK, just personal preference!). The potstickers were very good as well. I had high hopes for the fries, as the picture online looked GOOOOOD. They weren't bad, but they weren't as crispy as I'd hope. That's probably just due to the transporting of them hot and in a container. I still ate a decent amount of them. There was SOOO much flavor between the heaps of Parmesan and garlic on them .. yum! The spicy dipping sauce they came with was very good as well. Overall, I would definitely order from them again. Soooo yummy!!

Crispy and delicious! Needed some comfort food as I stay at home and do taxes, and their onion rings did not disappoint.
We’ve been customers at least 1x a week for the past 1.5 years!! Dak! Has flavors that competing establishments just can’t beat. Our loyalty cards are always honored and Jae, the owner, is always willing to listen to feedback or have a casual conversation on current events. We just moved to MD and will be making the 45 min drive out to Dak Chicken for their quality food and wonderful service.

The chicken here is always delicious!! The sides and appetizers are great, and the new sweet chili sauce is so delicious!! And their milk teas are good, they have regular iced milk tea and slushy but the boba is a little different than I'm used to, a little more dense, and they don't yet have the non-milk slushy bubble tea - I eagerly await the day it makes it way into their menu! I gave it four stars because sometime the service is a little less attentive than I would hope.

We went there FIRST TIME yesterday for our late lunch. I ordered Spicy Pork $17 and he ordered Bulgogi $16. We are all of them. He liked my plate better but I liked his plate better. The waitress is friendly and keeps us up as well.
