I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered two cold brews and donut holes, and my donut holes are so wet it's like they dipped them in water. The two coffees tasted like dirty water. This airport is the worst. No food and nothing to look at.

A moderately efficient operation with the usual options, located right outside security in Terminal A. Extra points for lots of tables, and a corner location with tall giant windows producing both beautiful light and a nice view.

I'm kind of impressed by how bad the experience was. I get it's an airport with a captive audience, but ants in the food case is simply not acceptable. The line was slow because the single employee disappeared for a while. After waiting in line for several minutes, seeing ants in the case, I walked away because even though it was the only option and I was starving, I wasn't desperate enough.

What an awful experience. The coffee tasted like a bath water and staff was nowhere to be found. I understand that because there are no other options at this terminal to buy coffee and that's why they think they can skip on quality on that.

Staff is sour in every way. Customer service is lost on them. It's like they actually hate customers and are slaves of their jobs. So sad.

The last resort of the desperate. Of course, the cold brew and doughnuts are what one would expect from a Dunkin. However the shop is very untidy and the queueing system simply begs for customer conflict. This location accepts no Dunkin loyalty or discount elements, as is conventional for an airport. This location receives an automatic one-star for the deceptive business practice of intentionally stocking only medium and large cups, and manually whiting out the small beverage sizes from their menu, in order to charge more for the "smallest available size".

Do not order the multigrain thin bagel...,they don't have it and will give you a regular size. So, I just adjusted the regular one...it's just the deceit I don't like.

I ordered a Medium iced decaf Americano and a sour cream donut. I got a regular iced coffee (not even Americano...) and a Boston creme donut. I can't imagine what more complicated orders would look like. Oh, and the coffee was stale.

Worst DD in the chain. Unfriendly, awful service, just plain unhappy staff. Not at all representative of DD. Management really needs to train this staff. Hard to believe that this is really a DD. Maybe time for an episode of Undercover Boss. Regan Airport gate 32.

Try to get some hot water, the cashier said it will charge 1.09$.. I asked him, are you seriously??? He said, yes, even ice charge $1.09.

There is no organization for handing out food or drinks. There is also a lack of courtesy from staff and they ran out of product before 9 am.

This place is the worst. The customer service is horrible to say the least! They are young minded and rude and it explains why they'll be stuck at Dunkin Donuts. I will be filing a complaint with the airport along with this review.

Very quick. Friendly staff. Limited menu. It is a DD Express. You will get in and get out quickly.

Place is worthless - double worthless since there are two in this terminal and both have horrid customer service and brown water being pushed as coffee. DCA would do well to add a proper coffee shop in their terminals. DD is be like hot garbage covered in exactly 17 coffee grounds.
