Their breakfast crosaunt is still good . That and a small coffee, cream & sugar, always please. The surprise was the iced lemon pound cake. I was thinking didn't see it up on the racks with the doughnuts but they're pre-sliced individually wrapped. Moist and flavorful. Comparable to the one at Starbucks, just not as large but would buy it again as it's not as expensive as Starbucks.

I work in DC 2 blocks from a Dunkin Donuts. I live in Pentagon City. I absolutely REFUSE to go to the one in DC. When I need to place a large order for work, I come here. The service is excellent, the smiles are real, and the order is always perfect. The donuts are always delicious. Great job as usual.

My recent visit to Dunkin' Donuts left me thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, the food I received was cold, which is unacceptable for a place known for its hot coffee and fresh pastries. The lack of attention to food quality was evident.The service was equally disappointing. Not only did I receive cold food, but the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for a simple item like jelly, which is a clear sign of poor attention to detail.To top it off, when I tried to seek assistance or voice my concerns, I found the franchise owner outside smoking a cigarette, showing a complete disregard for customer service. It was evident that they had no interest in addressing customer issues or maintaining a positive dining experience.Overall, my visit to this Dunkin' Donuts was a letdown, from the cold food to the lackluster service and unhelpful management. I hope they can improve these aspects to provide a better experience for their customers in the future.

Bad customer service. I had accidentally ordered my coffee to the wrong location and didn’t have a way to drive to the other location (my location is walking distance) so I asked since I had already paid on the app if they could make it in store since it’s all the same company. In which they told me that it wasn’t the same company, but in the app the payment all goes to Dunkin corporation. Told me they couldn’t help me and were rude to me when I asked

The guy there couldn't understand what i was saying. After i said what i wanted my drink to be 5 times, they still made it wrong and the donuts tasted old. The only good think was the fact that my boyfriend said that the sour dough sandwich was good and the fact it was national donut

Just smh. I simply just visited this morning to claim the free ice coffee deal that's in the app and that became a freaking headache. This deal was for every Monday in the month of May. Today is the 5th Monday in the month of May and you mean to tell me that the cashiers STILL don't know how to explain to the customer how to claim this deal. Ridiculous! Which I wasn't the one that was confused, I was purchasing an item to get the free ice coffee as the deals states. Then of course since the cashier wasn't confident in explaining/answering my questions I was asking she just walked away and started speaking in her language to others. I then asked another girl was there a manager available and she answered, "no manager, I'm supervisor".....same thing in my book since clearly your the MOD on duty but OK. Point is, train the employees. This cashier is not new so there is no reason she shouldn't be able to explain how to claim the free drink in the app. She tried giving me the wrong donut twice, drink was not made correctly. Visit definitely wasn't worth the free drink.
