Stopped by to see the selection of BR ice cream cakes for a birthday celebration. Saw the cake freezer but it was totally empty. I asked the server, “do you have any ice cream cakes?” His answer was “the freezer has been broken since May.” Hmm, guess that’s a no!Don’t get your hopes up and just go across the street to Safeway for your ice cream cakes.Parking: 4 spots adjacent to the building

Be really careful with your mobile orders here. They said my order was ready but it was missing three items. I discovered one before I left but got home to fine the second two. When I went back, they didn't apologize and just said oh yeah, we were out of that today, but they were happy enough to charge me for it and send me on my way without letting me know.

Horrible service, the workers didn't know I could speak Spanish because I'm white. Heard them talking crap about me the whole time. little black dude with goofy ears can get these hands any day.

This location you definitely need to order ahead. We showed up around 9:15 AM and they said that they were out of donuts and that they wouldn't be making more for the rest of the day. There seems to be only two people working there, one taking orders and the other making the drinks. Does line of about five people when I got there, but most of them left one they said that they weren't making any more donuts. My caramel latte was pretty sugary so if you're gonna order something but you don't want it too sweet make sure you ask for less sugar
Stopped in for an ice cream cone on a Saturday afternoon. This place was terrible. The heavy metal music was loud and not pleasant and affected the workers’ ability to hear what we wanted. They barely had any ice cream flavors. This is Baskin Robbins, known for their 31 flavors. I think they have 11 choices, not the best choices. It was also very dirty. Would not come back.

Been coming to this location for the past year and it has significantly gone downhill. Staff either forgets to that they have orders and walk away leaving me waiting or the order comes out wrong. Last morning i ordered a plain bagel and it was BURNT, after waiting 10 minutes for this i had to go. Today i asked for blueberry donuts and got plain glazed when i got to the car. Lets not even start on the coffee which is inconsistent. Unfortunately this is the only dunkin on my way to work so i guess ill take the 70/30 chance of getting fkd ovr in the mornings

This is one of the worst DD I’ve ever been to. The customer service is poor, your order is never right, and if you don’t get your receipt, they will argue with you. Always get your receipt. Be prepared to wait a really long time for your coffee as well.

We stopped here at 7 pm after a long drive to order 2 chai lattes. My man behind the counter gave us a regular latte with two pumps of hazelnut syrup and an other random drink that tasted terrible. Had 5 Tic Tacs but still couldn’t get over the taste. Avoid this store
