Mixed drinks were the best part of the entire visit. We saw this place multiple times as we frequented another restaurant in the same plaza and decided to stop by. The waiter brought chips and salsa to the table. Someone else posted about the hard and tasteless the chips were and I agree. The sauce which I think was supposed to be Tatemada, but it was watery and bland. Aside from drinks we ordered the fajitas and enchiladas de la casa. The chicken was cut wide and was dry while the enchiladas were soaked through with sauce that they fell apart as soon as I touched them with the fork. The place itself is welcoming and if the weather is nice outdoor seating is recommended. I liked the indoors as it gave off a good vibe and the bar was well situated. We'll go back for drinks after eating elsewhere before.

We just randomly found Guajillo and this restaurant turned out to be a winner. It was really busy so we sat outside. The food and service were good. It was our waiter’s first day but he managed our table of five well.

There’s something here for everyone.Great beers and tequilas on offer.We were welcomed with home cooked nachos with a hot salsa.We ordered starters of cheese nachos and a salad as we hummed and deliberated the mains.We went for Shrimp Tacos, Pollo Mole and Skirt Steak.The waiting staff are very polite and attentive. They kept our water topped up and gave us a load of tips.130$ for three of us including 3 beers and the tip. Great value for the quality and authenticity of the food.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get I to from the street but the toilet might be a squeeze due to clutter in the corridor.

Guajillo is my go-to spot for awesome Mexican food! Seriously, I can’t believe I haven’t written about it sooner. Been here 7+ times and, it’s like a party! The salsa is always fresh, and they never disappoint with their tasty dishes.My kids are obsessed with the cheese quesadillas, and I can’t get enough of the sombrero salad. And guess what? The shrimp camarones Al ajillo? Pure yum! And do try the El Pepino!If you want to get some seriously good Mexican grub, Guajillo is the place to be. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
