The service was terrible,the lady was rolling her eyes and popping her kneck.The lady got the order wrong for sprinkles instead of m&m’s we tried to tel her it was wrong she didn’t listen and tried to make us pay for it.

I used to love this ice cream shop but yesterday I was taking my 5 years old sister to by some ice cream but an employee did not understand anything when I ordered an small cup of ice cream . She said that it was 2$ but it was not. I went to the casher he said that it was 9.99 so basically she scammed an 5 years old child.the employeedoesn't even speak English well.

I absolutely love Häagen-Dazs ice cream! Not only is it delicious, but the staff at this location are incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's always a fun place to stop with the kids, but I also make sure to visit even when I'm alone :)

I went to the mall with my husband and kids, and we stopped for ice cream they were extremely busy with a lot of kids, but still everything was great han if I remember the name correctly was super nice and patient she gave us samples to try flavors and suggested the regular cup, so I can get 3 different flavors since it was hard to choose, my kids got the cookies shake and my husband ordered a smoothie everything was good although is pricy, the only problem was the crowded mall with a lot of kids.

The ice cream was fine, the staff wasn't. As a physically disabled person who uses a wheelchair, I was ignored when I tried to place my order. It took a couple standing behind me in order to place my order. I was so frustrated by the experience that I am not going back.
Very rude people. My drink was watery and yelled something in a different language. Not coming here again

The Dulce de Leche milkshake is absolutely amazing, very sugary, but amazing definitely recommend. The people were very nice and we got our ice cream quickly. Great place overall!

I like that they offer items not sold in grocery stores, but $13.18 for two small scoops of ice cream isn't something I can do again. The ice cream is tasty as always though.
