GREAT EXPERIENCE. Sat next to the window. Ate some amazing ramen and shrimp tempura. Had a draft Sapporo. Brought home leftovers. Highly recommend.

They have a wide variety of sushi rolls on their menu. I got the Philly roll, lobster tempura roll, and the spider roll - all delicious! The food was a little slow but it was worth the wait.I’ve ordered here through Uber eats a few times and never had a problem. Today I ordered quite a bit of food and we got the completely wrong order (the other person had the same first name as my fiance). That’s pretty disappointing because we received $25 worth of food after ordering almost three times that amount. The receipt of the incorrect order we received said that it was “unpaid” so it’s puzzling how this order would’ve been given to an Uber eats driver to begin with.

The food was good but we got sat right in front of the entrance, so every time someone opened the door I'd just get hit with all the cold air from outside. The 20%+ tips seems predatory and excessive to me. Ontop of that, this is a pretty expensive place, so I don't understand why the workers aren't getting paid enough to be asking for so much in tips. Plus, the service isn't good enough to be asking for so much. We spoke to our waiter twice the entire time we were there. When we ordered and at the end when we waited an extra 20 minutes for the check. Good food, but the tipping is a huge turnoff. Please pay your employees hourly wages. That's your job, not ours.

The Ramen Soup, what they do in this place, is simply delicious and has a very exquisite flavor. It is my favorite place. I recommend it 110 percent.

I have done both take out and dine in. Good selection of both creative rolls and normal maki/sashimi. I have yet to try their ramen. Takoyaki was a little too runny for my taste but it was still good and i finished it. Their tempura (dinner portion) is pretty good, especially the shrimp one. Super crunchy and they give you a decent amount.

Always have a great time when we come. In the winter it is always so nice to cozy up near the fireplace and eat our feel-good rolls before strolling the shops. Never had a less than a great experience every time we come!Highly recommend the ISH roll, the ichiban roll, the pork buns, and the toka yaki. Posted a picture of our appetizers because we inhaled our rolls and didn’t have time to take a picture before we dove in.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I received E. Coli poisoning from the ramen at this restaurant and was in the hospital for three days. Unless you want to be in excruciating pain and have a $17,000 hospital bill due to this dirty food, do not eat here.

The mackerel sushi and the pork in the ramen were highlights. The pork belly is marinated and cooked over several hours, which adds so much depth and flavor to the broth, then intensifies once you actually bite into the meat itself. I was a little bit hesitant since the broths are miso and soy-based rather than meat-based, but the ingredients absolutely elevated this bowl.

Came around 7:30pm on a Saturday night. There were 12 patrons and 6 staff. Our waiter disappeared immediately after telling us he didn't have the ingredients for a drink (without letting us order different ones!). We waited 10 minutes and finally got the attention of another waiter. Despite apologies, service continued to be slow. Food was good, but the very slow service really put a damper on it.

It's quite pricey, but it is a great place to dine in. Staff were great, and the food was also good. But I just don't like what the receipt looks like. They are trying to induce you to tip more by putting the 25% tip example on top(photo attached). And this receipt was for lunch. I mean, I can understand when the food price goes up, but why does the basic tip percentage expectations go up too? Until I get used to this new tip culture, I don't think I will come here often. That receipt alone makes me hesitant. Just doesn't feel good after a good tasting meal. I am still leaving a four star.
