Average service. One server has recognized me as a "regular" by grabbing the menu and seating me upon entry. I am still treated and greeted less enthusiastically by all waiters and still receive the LEAST amount of attention compared to "others". For now will continue to dine at the Ballston Commons Virginia area because they are mostly respectful and the food is always hot and fresh!
Great food, great service. But they’ve cancelled the Ihoppy Hour menu recently without any notice. Paid more than double for the same meal because of this. So I probably won’t return to this location.

Everything is too salty, hash browns were served cold, and the server seemed more interested in standing around drinking coffee at 2pm than checking on customers. Or... refilling water glasses? Didn't realize we were in a drought.

The sign on the front door of this restaurant said it was open 24 hours, so when we visited at 11:00 pm, the waitress turned us away and told us it was takeout only. There is a lie on the signboard!

It's IHOP, exactly the food options what you'd expect from IHOP with mostly overly sweet pancake options and all. But I will say it's the best IHOP I've been to with their food and service compared to their other locations.
