Very, very slow. Ordered one sandwich online. Took over half hour for it to be completed (for pickup). When I arrived, then waited another 10+ minutes in store. When all was said and done, I received the wrong sandwich.

Similar Doordash experience here. They leverage the platform but fulfill the orders themselves resulting in very long wait times (1.5hrs in my case). Do not order Doordash from here, you will have a very long wait.

Ordered a late night order on DoorDash the man that was working called and said he didn’t have any drivers but he’ll make the sandwiches if I can pick them up.. I told him to can cancel the order so I wouldn’t get charged If I canceled and he decided to let it go though as delivered instead haha he knew what he was doing smh..

Foods made okay. Just be sure to let them know what you want on your sandwich when ordering. They won't ask you when they're making it. And they don't ask you what you want on it when you order it LOL so be sure to go over that when you order.Staff seems to have fun not sure customers come first.

Order was confirmed online, I waited an hour and the order was still not out for delivery. Tried to call the store multiple times and no one picked up. It has now been 3 hours, my order has still not been delivered, and there is still no one at the store picking up the phone. Unsure of what to do short of going to the store myself to get refunded. I feel ripped off and absolutely disappointed, do not order from this store.

This location has very poor customer service and management. I understand sometimes they're busy but they never delivered or refunded me for the items I did not receive. This is deliberately stealing from a customer. I wrote corporate and they did absolutely nothing. Me and my family will not be coming back to this location or any Jimmy Johns. Please never treat any of your current or future customers how you did me. I really dislike leaving bad reviews for any business but I gave many opportunities for this business to mend this situation and it was clear they didn't care.

I used to order jimmy johns all the time in college. It was so good and the delivery was so fast. Apparently quality and service is vastly different location to location. I ordered from this Arlington location and it took an hour to get my very mediocre tasting sandwich. Corporate needs to step in on this location.... it's ruining the brand.
