This location is amazing and fabulous for catering purposes. You can order ahead on the app and they will have everything ready to go when you show up. The staff was friendly and well prepared. It was a fabulous experience!

This place is fast, like super duper fast. By the time I paid for my meal, it was ready. Pewn! I've tried a few different subs, and opting for lettuce instead of a sub roll is always a safe bet. Ordered delivery (5587944200552451) on Nov 12th. Bread was hard and I ordered extra bacon but only received 1 thin piece on the entire sandwich. The manager needs to learn what quality control is.

I'm from out of town . I was in town this week and stopped in to place an order of 36 boxed meal sandwiches . I walked in right before 11am and was first in line. Initially the young man said he would take my order after I told him what it was . He said normally that those orders had to be done online with 24 hours . Two other people walked in behind me and he then changed his mind . He said I needed to go online to place the order because he it wasn't fair to others to keep them waiting. I told him I was there before them. He said that technically he was doing me a favor by taking the order on short notice. He did not help me . I stepped outside called the other nearest jimmy johns ...gave them my order over the phone and they had it completed on 25 minutes . My food order was over 400 dollars. My opinion of the customer service here is that there is none . I also told the other groups I was traveling with of the lack of help here .

I was happy to find a parking space. The employees were friendly & spoke as soon as I entered. My order was ready in 5 mins. As always the spicy Italian was good. They have a $6 meal that my granddaughter loved. I will always choose Jimmy John's over Jersey Mike's.

BEWARE!! Order favorite item (twice the meat), but they will prepare original size (less meat). App clearly says Favorites has twice the meat. I called this location, the worker said they don't honor it!! He said the extra cost is for the cheese.Very odd....others I've been to in Oxford, MS and Washington, DC honor it.

Normally, I don't review chain restaurants since everyone, including myself, thinks they should be the same. This Jimmy John's is different and I would like to recognize their speed and overall customer service greatness. This is the best Jimmy John's that I have ever ordered from. The team is fast and the food meets our expectations every time. We deliver from this store two to three times a month and know that it will be delivered within 20 to 30 minutes. They are always accurate on the order. The employee delivering is always upbeat and extremely kind. I can't ask for more from a sandwich store. Great experience!
