For appetizers- we ordered the burratta e funghi and also the foccaccia bread. Both were delicious. The highlight was the pizza! We were a party of 6 and tried three different pizzas, and all were delicious! We also tried both the gnocchi dishes (formaggi and sorrentina), they were ok. The best dish of all was the tiramisu! We liked it so much we had to order multiples. Friendly staff, good amount of parking..

The pizza is delicious. I prefer to have it delivered because the atmosphere is just ok. However, the half price Wednesday night pizza deal is worth eating in.

Ewwwww....what an awful experience! Water logged pizza and Minestrone with white/yellow broccoli with no tomatoes, pasta, or spices. When I complained, some guy said it was their new way. Never going back.

Wonderful evening with family to enjoy simple and delicious meal. Best Meatball appetizer with just the right Marinara sauce and bread (EVOO and balsámico). Al dente pasta with bolognese ragú with side Caesar salad; others had Lasagna bolognese. Cannolis for dessert with expresso. This is the real deal - when I saw the special order Neopolitan oven I knew we were in the right place - the pizza looked amazing with the thin double zero flour crust and some charred edges and simple marinara and buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil leaves. Nice selection of wines and Peroni beer. Wish I lived here because it would be my go to Italian restaurant.

A Modo Mio is a lowkey Italian restaurant that is about a mile away from the busier Arlington neighborhoods. My friend and I stopped by on Friday evening for dinner after seeing good reviews. Overall, I'd say our pizza was tastier and more flavorful than our pasta. The pricing is good and fair. The complimentary bread was enjoyable on its own and a slight bonus with the olive oil on the side. GNOCCHI SORRENTINA - 20 The gnocchi was fresh, but not much flavor -- tasted like any other pasta. The tomato sauce was on the bland side and the mozzarella didn't add much flavor to it either. The fresh tomatoes mixed in the sauce were a pleasant surprise. Overall, if you're just looking for carbs to fill you up (which we were that evening), this is a good option. It doesn't taste unhealthy, and it's very homey and fresh. I probably wouldn't get this again in the future, though. MEAT LOVER (PERSONAL) - 19 The dough was a bit too burnt on the crust, but there was plenty of meat (pepperoni, ham and sausage) that were well seasoned and salted to give the pizza more depth. The dough was very chewy and fresh, the mozzarella and tomato sauce were light. Pizza was pretty solid. Both pasta and pizza tasted pretty fresh and not too greasy -- definitely very homemade and mellow, which I enjoyed. I liked that I can leave the restaurant without feeling bloated.

This restaurant is an excellent choice if you are looking for tasty Italian food, full bar, and attentive service. Shout out for the tiramisu!

We love this place. We have been coming to this place for years. They used to have a Buffet that included Pizza, Pasta, Chicken, and other Great Italian Flavors, as well as a Salad Bar. This was our go-to place to just enjoy an evening out. Over the years things have changed with a new look, new menu, new bar, and seating arrangement. Today, A Modo Mio has everything you are looking for in a friendly, family-oriented Italian restaurant. On Weds is Half Price Pizza, you need to make reservations, or you will wait for a table, Friday's All Day Happy Hour, and Sunday's Half Price Pasta. The Specials change so check their website for details.

They serve old town Italian pizza made with Italy bought flour. The pizza based is freshly made and brick oven cooked. The ambience is not so great it’s like usual IHOP with plenty of seating available. They served us freshly baked soft bread with virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar. We ordered bruschetta. It was really good after drizzling some olive oil but fresh mozzarella was missing on the top of it. Then we had for-cello pizza it was pretty good but the anchovies made it too salty. I feel they should have used non salted anchovies so may be it could have tasted better. I regretted a bit because of taste after ordering it and thought May be just Margarita pizza would have been better.
