I have literally never had worse service at any restaurant than this one. I sat down with some friends for a meal and only one server appeared to be on staff on saturday evening, and he was inattentive & forgetful. we were at the table for at least 30 minutes before we had any drinks in front of us, which the server had to come back and ask what we wanted again because he forgot as he was not writing it down. food was fine and orders were mostly correct, but we continued to sit and wait as the server had not come back to check on us at all or any of the surrounding tables after dropping off the meals. no drinks were refilled at all. many attempts were made to flag him down, he was nowhere to be seen. we ended up sitting and doing almost nothing besides waiting for a full 2 hours for a check and boxes, eventually one of our party gave up and went to the bar himself for a box. a discount was offered then they refused to apply it, and the drinks, according to the menu, were included in the meal price however the server charged us for every single one. absolutely terrible, i could have walked 10 blocks two ways and still had my meal faster with less headache.

Food was fairly decent for a bar. They even had gluten free options. Service was pretty decent as well. Prices are what you would expect I think. Atmosphere wasn't bad except in the evening they had a DJ and the music was pretty loud. I liked the music he was playing, it was just a bit loud for a hotel bar. If you're staying at the hotel and need food and drinks it's worth stopping by.

Stayed here for a conference in late July for a week. There were about 700 in attendence. There is ample room for large scale conferences or conventions. Plenty of meeting spaces on the two lower levels. Poor wifi reception unfortunately. The catering is supplied by the hotel management. Adequate at least. They also have plenty of airline flight attendants staying here, as we were near Ronald Reagan National Airport.**Crystal City is very much a city of hotels. Hilton. Marriott. Etc. ***Valet Parking only. The rate is rather high at $45 /day. Luckily we had a reduced rate at $25/day. Still ? ****Location is very convenient (10 min) to DC area and many museums, and old town Alexandria ****Average accomodations. Rooms appeared recently renovated. Housekeeping left much to be desired although friendly. ***Restaurant on premises *Thank you for reading.

Couple of things to note. Good location and the beds and staff are great. Cons: Coffee and convenience items across the street. Great in good weather. The obvious is true here. Also for those who like a single beer sometimes with a carry out dinner or for a pool visit - there is no option on the weekend. Pit the food and beverage on the inside.

Stayed for a convention. Power point was not provided for all classrooms. Seems to me this would be standard. Catering in the ballroom was great. We had the chicken with roasted potatoes and green beans. Elevators were slow. I finally just selected up and down. That's the only way to get them to stop. Food, or lack of. Restaurant closes at 2pm so no food between then and when the bar is open around 5. I'm confused as to why the bar didn't open earlier. The attendant said people don't drink early. I had to laugh at that. Lobby: A/C out mid summer is not ideal. Every single time I went to the gift shop, it was closed or had a "will return" sign up. So, if you're not gonna serve food, how about having a nice selection in the gift shop that is open all hours. I would stay closer to the tourist areas next time.

Service okayAtmosphere a hotel lobbyFood: had burger and fries....the burger tasted like a pre frozen burger from Walmart not "grass fed" and was served with cold fries, they brought me hot fries but they tasted off...like the fry grease is old and rancidFor a $16 let's do better!!!

So this is as standard issue as standard issue gets for a hotel with a conference center it gets. Been here 2 years in a row for the same conference. Staff is nice. Rooms are clean. Showers are good. Restaurants are like a B+. Fitness center is solid. You can be at much worse, for a work conference.

Located inside the hotel. We stopped by for some drinks because they were open. Servers were very nice. Food was good. It took a while for our food to come out but it was super busy so it was understandable. I had the salmon with veggies wasn't a fan of the veggies it was green beans and an odd looking mix of mushrooms. The salmon was tasty it was cooked just right.

Stayed last minute due to flight issues. Chose because website said breakfast included. Charged over $100.00 for a tiny, average breakfast buffet for three people. Probably ate only $15 worth of food, if that. Turns out I didn't choose the "breakfast included" package when checking in. Very, very angry! Also, when checking in, the young woman at the desk commented on how old I look compared to my drivers license. It was so mean.

I find it hard to believe that this hotel is a 4-star hotel. The front desk people were nice, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. My room was quite dirty when I walked in as if the cleaning people did a quick sweep and walked out prior to me coming. The shower was all rusty and the water coming out of the shower and sink smelled and tasted like metal. I heard doors slamming and toilets flushing all night. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I had to leave a review because I ate here purely for convenience since I stayed at the hotel, but I was very surprised at the quality of the food. I got the impossible burger, which was probably the best burger I've had in a really long time. I am fine with beef but I thought the ingredients on this one sounded good, and I was not disappointed. I also got a cocktail with mango and tequila that was great. My husband ordered the chicken tenders and said they were great, seeming to be actually freshly made and not reheated frozen tenders. The server was attentive, friendly, and efficient, and our food came out quickly. I'd honestly eat here again even if I wasn't staying at the hotel.

Attentive service and friendly staff. My Old Fashoned was meh though. Not prepared with a single large cube and tasted likey they added water instead of simple syrup. Should have ordered a beer.

This Hyatt cracks me up! You're probably asking why and it's because I stayed here during an anime/comic convention where there were kids and even some adults dressed up as their favorite characters. So it was a madhouse in the most amazing, yet weird way. Outside of the convention, it's a nice hotel, that's decorated well and pretty modern. It's a huge space that can hold large events like this convention and where you can have a nice quiet room. I'm not really a fan if the location as it's still a significant Uber right to the sites. But employees are super nice and helpful and I'd definitely stay here again.
