Went back to Arlington to see a friend & met at Metro 29 - our old stomping grounds. The food was amazing as usual and most of the Staff was still there & are still such sweet People! The Owner remembered us which I never expected. You can’t ask for a better, more attentive and kind filled Staff and Restaurant! Don’t sleep on this one, you won’t be sorry! Thanks Metro 29 ?!
Metro 29 is a good place to experience the classic American diner experience. Lots of options for breakfast, plenty of space to seat (get a booth!) and attentive service (they will make sure there's always plenty of coffee in your mug!). Extra kudos for the Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck pancakes, my son just loves them. Parking is easy at the back of the buildingParking: Park at the back of the building, plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes are the kids favorites

Just visiting for a family affair and the woman who helped us, server # Hayat (58), was PHENOMENAL!We had a short amount of time to fit our lunch in because we were on a schedule and let our waitress know and we were out well before we needed to!We were so grateful! There was 7 of us! All our food was great. Portions were awesome.Thank you all for such a great experience. Will def be coming back this way specifically to try out more from the diner!
