1 hr wait line to be told there’s no pita bread for wraps?Visited Sunday 3.24 at 3:42 pm… is crazy to see that there’s just 1 person working as a prep and cashier… food is good at the place but the really need to do something about service and convenience… you guys located at at airport where time and sense of urgency is everything!

Buyer beware: shrinkflation portions that will leave you hungry, and the cashier added a $2.36 tip without my permission, something I noticed only later when wondering why a small salad and bottle of water cost nearly $20.

The website says it opens at 6 AM. The signage at the restaurant says it opens at 6 AM. Yet when I tried to order at 6 AM, I was told it opened at 6:30 AM. I commented that the signage needs to be corrected as it is wrong. All the employees ignored me except for the male employee who informed once again that they open at 6:30 AM. I repeated that may be so but your sign says 6 AM. He told me basically in a very rude manner that he didn’t care what the sign says and if I don’t like it I need to talk to management. I told him that was an ignorant response when what I was anticipating was merely an acknowledgment that the sign was wrong and needed to be adjusted. He continued to be rude and reiterated his indifference and that I needed to talk to management.Absolutely the worst customer service.

A fresh and seasoned bowl of goodness after a long flight. The ingredients tasted fresh and satisfying. There were only 2 guys manning the store but they ran a tight ship even during a rush. Good job!

Usually had lunch side order from this place but today the manager so disappointing me.i feel ashamed the way he treated me of infront of others .which i use to buy at least twice a week he charge me double I thought wrong i try to let him know what i ordered .he is so unprofessional and pushed away the order in that case i left . I love the food but need concern about management

A hearty and FRESH salad with great flavor! Hard to come by at the airport. Very pleasantly surprised. Ordered the twisted Caesar.
Tasted super off and then I ended up catching a stomach bug and going to the hospital. Zero percent recommend.

Food was okay but service was terrible. They spent way too long just chatting in spanish (?) I think lady at the register gets upset if you don't tip? Never gave me utensils or napkins, just moved on to the next customer leaving my food on her side. :

Fresh ingredients served quickly. The wrap is a convenient food to take on a plane. I had the Chef's Fav. Prices are not bad for an airport location.
