The food was fine, but the service was simply beyond bad. An employee was taking his entire break in the restroom. He didn't leave the restroom until his break was over despite more than one customer needing to use the restroom, and the manger didn't do anything about it.

What a disappointment for a chicken specialty restaurant. The chicken thigh was so dry I could hardly cut it. UNDERWHELMING salad which was also missing croutons. How do you mess up a salad and your own chicken?? Been before and wasn't like this so hoping this is a one off but for $16 we should expect better!

Nandos has yummy sauces that go with just about anything. The menu has choices for meat eaters and vegetarians. Great care goes into preparing the chicken. The veggie sandwich was good. It tasted home made instead of a Boca Burger. The wraps are convenient. The bowls are huge. The restaurant is busier during peak hours and there weren't many employees. There were a few hiccups (miscommunication about condiments, but corrected) but the booths are comfy. We enjoyed an unrushed meal. It is challenging for one person to buss everything by herself. The chicken here was really dry… I got a half chicken it tasted like it got cooked last week. Every other Nando’s I’ve ever been to the chicken was juicy. This was disappointing, however the sides will still great. Maybe stick to the wings I think stopped cooking the chicken to order.

Nice job turning a convenient, fast casual restaurant into another sit down restaurant with toxic tipping culture.I paid an extra 15% (tip) so they could bring out my food without silverware, napkins or my drink. I had to get it myself, which isn’t a big deal. But why am I paying an extra 15%?Because some fat cats at corporate knew they could pump up the average revenue per customer.The food’s good but please stop trying to wring more money out of customers if you’re not going to offer more value in exchange.
Standard Nando's. I ordered a chicken breast sandwich but after placing my order was informed that they were out, and was offered a switch to the chicken thigh sandwich. I enjoyed my sandwich and fries. Nothing to write home about but the lunch deals at least let you have your money's worth. I feel that the regular prices are a bit too high for the amount of food you get. The layout of the restaurant is a bit weird - the FOH staff sort of stand with their backs to you because the kitchen counter is directly opposite the door and there is no table for them to use. Can be awkward getting so close to them when getting drinks or sauce.
