Quaint little Lebanese cafe. I really enjoyed my Mediterranean chicken salad - the ingredients were all very fresh. Service was great.

I'd like to preface this review by saying that at one point, I enjoyed ordering lattes on a regular basis from here. I've had interesting experiences before at this establishment, but today it was one of the worst and I will not be returning.I ordered a lavender honey latte and it tastes like the entire bottle of lavender syrup was poured into it, and not in a good way but an artificial way. I had the latte sitting next to me but the smell alone was so overpowering, there was no way I could finish it.The main issue was the way the staff spoke. The staff has never been overly friendly, but today it was condescending. I was called "young lady", "sweetie", "sweetheart"...in a fashion that I felt it was snobby. Did not appreciate that. I was pleasantly surprised the cafe had Marlenka, a Ukrainian dessert that I grew up eating (I am Eastern European), but was disappointed when the nuggets were not refrigerated but on the chips shelf. The box was tampered with and open, not sealed. I let one of the staff members know that this should be refrigerated as the custard nuggets are perishable and can go bad at room temperature. Genuinely, I just didn't want someone to buy it and get sick. The staff member I notified was immediately defensive, explaining that "the distributor didn't tell me that" and "I didn't read the box." It didn't seem like they were in a hurry to remove the product, even though storing it like this is unsafe. I think this lady is the manager, possibly owner, I've also seen her double dip and consume the ice cream from the tubs in the store with a spoon. All in all, this cafe has potential, I've had good experiences in the past, but the subpar service today have made me decide not to take my business here any longer.

I placed an order at this store, thinking it was the Lebanese place right next to my office. However, I realized that it was a different location far from me after seeing the pick-up address. I immediately called the store and informed the lady about my order. She acknowledged seeing my order but advised me to call DoorDash to cancel it, as the order was placed through DoorDash, even though it was for pick-up. I promptly contacted DoorDash to cancel the order, and they in turn called the store. Unfortunately, the store had already prepared the food and was unable to cancel the order, despite my efforts to notify them within a few minutes of placing the order.Upon calling the store again, a lady answered and asked me to hold, engaging in casual conversation and laughter while I waited. When she returned to the phone, I explained the situation and mentioned that I had called twice before to cancel, but now I was unable to do so. In a rather mean manner, she responded that since the food had been prepared, I should not have placed the order if I couldn't pick it up. I am extremely disappointed with the way she handled the customer service. Now, I am left with the burden of paying for food that I am unable to pick up.It would have been a different scenario if I had called the store 10 minutes later but I called immediately. I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service provided by the lady, as it came across as mean, unprofessional, and ignorant.Update/Reply to the owner’s comment:Wow! What kind of customer service is that?I immediately contacted you and DoorDash, and I have all the details in my call history. The entire conversation took place in under 10 minutes. It's unwise to lie about what happened in the review to the customer. You really need to improve your customer service. Good luck!

Amazing food and service. We were a large group of 14 people including couple of kids. They greeted us with smiles and quickly put together couple of tables for our group. Food and drinks came quickly, everything was fresh and delicious. Our server was very kind. We had a delightful experience.

I like the food but they do not honor the points -reward system so beware if you're spending a certain amount in hopes of a reward. It'll never happen. Dealing with the staff is difficult at times and the owner is a micro manager. Check your order because if the pita is not fresh they'll argue with you that it's fresh and ask you to drive back to finally exchange it for another 1. The customer service is barely there. New faces all the time- can't keep staff. Which I understand is a revolving door in this industry. It's also a sign of poor management.

Olive is a favorite for us near Ballston. It is consistently delicious, it has generously portioned entrees, an extensive menu, and high quality ingredients. Don’t miss the yummy grilled halloumi, the fresh hummus and the amazing pita.

Delicious! Came here on a work trip. Great food, fast and friendly service. The grape leaves and hummus were extremely good.

The location is wrong on google and apple maps but once we figured out it was internal to the drive through area it was well worth it. The food was delicious, the prices quite reasonable and the young man running the place brought his family home recipes to the next level. Not a fancy expensive Lebanese restaurant with tiny portions and through-the-roof prices, this place delivers a delicious meal that will not disappoint or rob your pocket book. Highly recommend if authentic and tasty middle east food is what you are looking for!

Wonderful brunch experience, reasonably priced and good location. Parking can be a pain, but not too expensive on the weekends. The blueberry pancakes were great as was the shashuka. The kabob was fun. I think the falafel was the highlight though. Turkish coffee had a wonderful flavor and aroma.

This was my first time here and I was very pleased! The service was amazing and the food was flavorful. I was also surprised by the amount of food, therefore I would say it’s definitely reasonably priced and I would recommend! I plan on coming again

Excellent food! I got Chicken Taouk kebab platter with a side of rice and salad. Chicken was delicious and authentic. Salad was super fresh with great feta cheese , rice was so flavorful with almonds. The chicken kebabs were healthy since they were breasts and the marinade wasn’t oily or heavy a bit. The sauces were amazing too. Highly recommend! Hard to find a place that has great taste,is nutritious and worth the money paid for. Will be coming in often!
