I got a Tres Leches cake. Before getting it I called to confirm it was made today. The cake was so dry and tasted stale. The last layer was darker and seemed burnt. The what supposed to be “3 milk types” tasted like regular cold milk poured on middle layer. The top layer was completely dry.Tasteless cake. Better to get something from local grocery store.

The bakery has a wide variety to offer at reasonable prices and sizes. We had tres leches, napolean, fruit cake, etc at $4.99 each.However, we were sadly disappointed with the taste. The pastry wasn’t fresh, there was no flavor, or even any sweetness to it.such a bummer…The photo shown is the tres leches or some other cake bought at Pan American Bakery. I plated the cake with my own dish after I unboxed the pastries

The ají de fideo is a shame, tasteless and nothing like the Bolivian ají de fideo and very expensive for the price they sell. Look on YouTube if only to improve that food. Why did I end up throwing away?
one sauce per Salteña but if you order 2 you’re only allowed to have one sauce?Maybe this review helps.

I’ve stop here at this place often, the food it’s good. Can’t say same thing for the staff, recently stop for salteñas cashier was talking over the phone attending at same time touched her nose, the phone, screen for the Check out thought she was going to charge her gloves, she didn’t and touch my food, I’ll think to stop by twice again.
