This location is fine, but it was made better by the outdoor seating so I’m disappointed to see that’s been removed.

Great little coffee shop.Friendly baristas, lead by one of the friendliest voices, Carter.Since the first time I walked in, Carter made me feel like a regular. One of my favorite things is there’s just enough room. What I mean by that is there aren’t many seats but asking to share a table sometimes wakes me up more than my coffee.Never had a bad experience doing that in the month I was going there.Looking forward to next time I visit.

Good coffee and food. The downside is that it's a small indoor cafe space suited for coffee and food pick-up. It appears the space would be better in warmer weather when folks can sit outside.

I work from home so I’m not a grab a coffee out in the morning kind of person. However, when we go to dinner in Shirlington or see a show at the Signature, I’d love to be able to get a coffee then EXCEPT this location is closed at 5pm most nights. One night it was supposed to be open until 6 and at 5:45pm the doors were closed. At first we thought it was a COVID thing since we moved here in 2020, but it’s not. I’m not asking for them to be open every night until 10pm, but how about 8 or 9, especially on the weekends? Grab and go is near impossible here if you drive any time of day, so why not take advantage of all the night foot traffic there is and extend the hours?

Great neighborhood spot. Was never Peet's person before but I've been converted. The staff here really stands out! They are super friendly to the point you almost feel like you're in a small town. My only minor gripes are that the beverages made with syrup often have way too much - even when asking for in person or on the app "light syrup". There is also very limited seating indoors. And to address some comments about parking, there are free lots in shirlington. One before the citizen apartment building and one at Harris Teeter. Half block walk from both.

TJ is the best- I know if they're working in the morning I'm going to be in good hands! They're friendly, quick and efficient and very consistent. Love this location and their seasonal options. Much prefer this to other chain options and enjoy the outdoor seating/wifi.I will say that there are a few other employees who are often arguing in the back or aren't as helpful but I don't want this to detract from how awesome the overall experience is.

I love Peet's coffee, it's actually what got me into coffee in the first place, I didn't drink it before. The team here is wonderful, so inclusive and friendly. My pickup orders are always ready to go.

Peet's is one of my frequent visits in the village. The coffee shop has indoor and outdoor seating which is great when the weather conditions are favorable. The staff is very welcoming, amazing, and they treat every customer as if it's the first time visiting and they want them to return. The shop is always clean and presentable. Did I forget to mention that the coffee is fantastic! If you're ever in the neighborhood stop by and you'll see it's not your average Peet's.

I tried the pumpkin latte and crogel today. Both of them were amazing! I will definitely be ordering breakfast and coffee from Peet's again soon!

I want to give this place three stars due to the size but as packed as it gets, most times I'm able to find some kind of seat, either inside or outside. It's a nice alternative to the library and there are a variety of views of Shirlington depending where you sit. Peet's Coffee like Starbucks is pretty much the same across the board with what you get but this one is Shirlington's only coffee spot so that alone makes me like it. So perhaps it is Shirlington itself that makes me give the good rating but what does it matter? It's a nice place to drink coffee and chill anytime one feels like doing so.
