Horrible customer service . Ladies are rude and make you feel unwelcome and for what? Simply wanting a pizza . I come to this airport a lot and dread coming in here but unfortunately the pizza is tasty so I take my chances . Shouldn’t be like that though. I left and didn’t get a pizza this time .

I usually love &pizza but this location is pretty bad. The food was good but they were missing some of their typical topping sauces at the end. My issue was with the staff - incredibly rude, clearly didn't want to be there and acted like I was wasting her time. She was making comments about the toppings, her coworker looked confused ("why are you talking in this tone?" type of look) and she then turned to her and in Spanish said "I am saying this to her." Needless to say, I am pretty upset.

Usually &pizza slaps, but man was this place trash.Also, how are you ONLY gonna have crusty tea and diet pepsi for drinks? Really? We going through a sugary beverage shortage too?

Located inside Terminal C - DCA AIRPORT - service was quick and pizza was quite delicious. The price seemed a bit higher than normal, but Airport food usually is.Would definitely try more menu options soon.

It is Thursday 11/9 at 7:10PM. Please fire all your staffs and hire people actually want to work.5 unless staffs just fooling around and acting like the customers are there to bother them.One dropped the baking sheet on the floor and put it right back on the kitchen table to be used as clean.The one who made my pizza totally didn't care or want to be there.Who hired those people?

If it were possible to rate “0” stars and still enter a review, I would. Food service hygiene is terrible @ &pizza. After eating pizza from this restaurant my daughter became severely Ill with gastroenteritis, was hospitalized on arrival at our holiday destination, and sent home for follow up medical evaluation, ruining our family holiday in Florida at a theme park. Would strongly advise against ordering food from this chain as quality and safety is unacceptable.
The food was good but the attitude was not. It's like zombies working there. Super low energy, unhappy people with some attitude.I let the pizza builder know that it was vegan before we started, yet there was almost zero vegan cheese. When I asked about more vegan cheese, she just looked at me like "so what's your problem?". She could not be bothered to see if there was more, but why did you run out anyway-and why the attitude?Despite the very minimal cheese, the pizza is good. The arrangement of the place is backwards. Everyone has to gather deep in the place to wait for their pizza at the cash register. Who designed this place?The food was 4 stars the staff and restaurant design are one star. Is it really that hard to smile? Perhaps the attitude is a management problem. I don't really know but I probably won't visit &Pizza again.

Absolutely rude! Waited in line, for them to tell us they are "closed" because they need to take a break. Didn't offer to let us come back in 15 or even 30 minutes when break was over, just insisted we leave.

So I tried to eat here tonight but the staff had no desire to serve me. I stopped by a little after 9. Two employees were hiding in the back hoping that no one would see them. Well I did and stood there until one decided to get off the phone. I stood there in amazement as she put down her phone and proceeded to pick up gloves without washing her hands. She then tells me that it's cash only. Honestly I would have put together some cash to pay for the pizza but the fact that she didn't wash her hands was all I needed to know. I immediately walked out. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Couldn’t tell you how the food was as we got turned away. Worker was too busy having a phone conversation to serve us. When I attempted to ask how long it took to cook the pizza, she didn’t let me finish my question and said “come back in 20 minutes”. It was around 6 :30 pm on a Thursday (Oct 5, 2023). Like I had time to come back. Yeash!

Food is good when you can get it. When the staff doesn’t feel like working (couple times/week) the card reader is magically down. I came prepared with cash this time and clearly annoyed the employee who was on her phone. She said “no cards”. I told her I had cash and she started to reach for dough and turned back an said “no orders” and went back to her phone. You would think such a good restaurant in a prominent location would either fix their machines (if that’s the actual issue) or their staff.
