My pizza, a large one-topping cheese pizza, was burned, and the wrong type (did not order thin crust). When I called, the Pizza Hut employee said I had to send him a photo of the burned pizza via text. He gave me the wrong number to send the text to. When I got no reply, I called back, waited for a while on the phone, then he gave me a new number to text a photo to. This phone number, also, did not work. Finally, after calling back and speaking to a manager (and my kids are running wild by this point), they offered to make a new pizza, but I still had to drive to pick it up. When I got to the store, there was no-one at the register, and I had to wait for almost 10 minutes while they got their act together. Terrible service. The replacement pizza.....and the only reason I got it was because my kids were counting on it..... was fine.

The phone isn’t connected. Accidentally placed a pickup order instead of delivery, tried to call to cancel and sat on hold for twenty minutes. Walked over and no phone was ringing. 0/10edit: Pizza was also undercooked. How is a pizza hut in such a densely populated area so incompetent? You should be able to achieve the bare minimum-in this case answering the phone and fully cooking food. Guess I'll switch chains for at least as long as I live here. There's a reason so many of the reviews are 1-star.

The food was delivered in a timely manner but instead of my sausage topping pizza I received a plain cheese one. I also like the cheese pizza so I didn't mind but it would have been nice to get everything I ordered.

They made me wait for a pizza for 30 mins even though the app showed they were done 15 mins in. The dude was very rude and didn't help at all. In the end they got my order wrong and told me tough luck. The place was very dirty and I question the food that comes out of that place.

Poor service! Food was cold and overcooked. Wait over 30 minutes on a phone for help. Tracking system is a joke. Food came 40 minutes after the expected delivery time per tracker.

This location left a long lasting, negative memory, in my head. I ordered a personal pan, paid, and when I asked to switch my order...the man told me no. The deal I wanted to switch to included a personal pan, so I could've just paid the difference, and no food would've been wasted.

This is the only Pizza Hut I ever have trouble at don’t get curbside pick up from this location they will leave you sitting there waiting and when you call have a rude response to telling them your there

I submitted a catering order through EZ Cater two weeks in advance of my event for delivery. Minutes before my order was due, I got a call from the company saying there were no drivers available to deliver the food and I would need to drive to the store myself to pick up the order. Stressed and hurrying, I called the store while in the car driving to the location to pick up my order and spoke with a man to inform him I was on my way to pick up my large order. He confirmed. However, upon arrival, I was bombarded with a litany of questions on where I was coming from, who I was, who the order was from, etc. I repeatedly identified myself, my event, and the details of my order. I even presented the confirmation email as well as reminded the man we had spoken less than 10min prior, as my responses were apparently not satisfactory. The back and forth communication with the employee was excessive in duration and frustrating as he spoke with extremely poor English. This further prolonged my receipt of my order which I had just called. He and one other employee moved excruciatingly slow in assembling my catering order even after I told them I was late to my event. He even laughed when I told him my event was starting as we spoke. Despite all of this, what made this experience truly infuriating was my observation of a delivery vehicle (a 4-door car with the Pizza Hut decal) stationed outside the store the entire time. Fortunately, EZ cater (not the store) issued me a full refund for my experience, however, the gentleman up front needs to be reprimanded.

The two stars is for the service. Not friendly but efficient. I haven't had Pizza Hut pizza in several years and I can cross it off my list. It tastes like cardboard.
