I was real disappointed on the food quality I ordered two two piece meals on Easter Sunday and was disappointed I went home the chicken was brown and old me and my fiancé was extremely hungry as we assume we were going to have fresh chicken we were so disappointed we ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut , I called to see if the manager on duty Monday was going to try to accommodate the situation there refuse to even help as they hung up quickly. How terrible it is to get treated this way after spending $30 dollars for bad food quality. I never ?? go there every again

visited Popeyes today at 4675 King St, Arlington Virginia 22206 around 11 am. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes and a sweet tea. I used a coupon for $6.99 plus tax. When I left the drive through, I didn't check for my receipt right away. After I took my food out of the bag, I noticed I wasn't given a receipt. Later on in the evening, I checked my account and noticed that I was charged $18.69. I contacted customer service, and they said that they would look into it. This has been going on since February. All they offered me is a $10 coupon and no answer into what happened. This person has probably done this to many people. It's not all Popeyes fault, because I should have made sure I had my receipt. I love this chicken, but I'll never spend another dime of my money with Popeyes.

On 3/10/24 After spending over 25.00 on chicken and sides, got to the window and asked for Sweet Heat sauce, and to my surprise I was told they charge for their sauces, okay fine, but they charged 55 cents each. I could see if I didn't order anything, or was given sauces with my order, and wanted extra, but I guess because I didn't order nuggets or tenders I have to pay for sauce.

One of the Rudest if not the most dysfunctional, and unprofessional Popeyes in town. I used to be a regular here but have always felt a strange racist behavior from the staff especially the manager. Then the food continuously started degrading, seemingly a deliberate effort. Hence, I have now completely stopped going here and have told all of my family of 20 to not go here even if it's the last restaurant in the states. Not Recommended. Thanks.Vegetarian options: None.
