My favorite smoothie place is ROBEKS and will and has been for the last 10 years. Simple fresh clean ingredients. Can't even compare to other smoothie places like the Asian ones that sell fake and processed highly sugary drinks. Tropical smoothie is bleh (fake) Smoothie king (fake) Etc. ROBEKS

My boyfriend & I usually get the 800lb gorilla. Last night we made it before closing around 8:45pm immediately after our workout for our protein smoothie. Each time we order it, it tastes different. My bf commented how it tasted unusually bitter & I suggested that we go back & have them corrected but he denied. I thought it was just a more bitter batch of peanut butter but it was tolerable. Big mistake. That night into this morning we were diagnosed w/ food poisoning & treated at the ER w/ iv meds. We have had a very uncomfortable almost 24hrs. I called the store this morning to report the incident & warn the store & the manager told me that that smoothie is the most popular & no one else has complained. We won't be back.

For starters this should be a half of star. Highly overrated. Use less sugar for goodness sake. & maybe add some granola.

They did a great job with my custom smoothie (avocado instead of Greek yogurt and almond milk instead of soy milk, both to reduce sugar). The "everything" avocado toast and Acai Strawnana Berry Bowl were excellent. And they provided friendly service even when people were coming in very near closing time. Great experience overall!

My wife, who's at the tail end of her pregnancy, told me that she wanted something like an açaí bowl. So, we went to Robeks!I got the Açai Tropical Mango bowl. It was fantastic. It was heavily drizzled in some very good honey. The mango was super flavorful. The bee pollen was a nice touch. My wife's bowl was great, too. All of the ingredients tasted fresh. The fruits were sweet and flavorful. Great ingredients.They also have a range of juices, smoothies, etc. Prices at these juice/smoothie/fruit bowl places are always higher than I feel like they should be, but Roebeck's is no worse than their competition there, and at least the ingredients are great.It's an order at the counter place, with limited seating at one bar table along the windows. You order through a touch screen. The servers are polite and reasonably quick. I'll be back in the future.

Finally tried Robeks after living in the Village for 4 years and I'm so sad I didn't try them long ago! Very, very tasty concoctions from a long list of options to please any palate.
