It sounds like you had a fantastic experience at the bar! Friendly service, tasty drinks, delicious appetizers, and an inviting atmosphere definitely make it worth recommending. It's always a good sign when a place leaves you wanting to come back for more!

Company Lunch. Tapas were ordered and I got the 3 course meal. Salad was salty and dressing had no taste. Ordered salmon for main course (came strangely covered with mushroom and had spinach on the side, why hide the salmon?). Also over salty (could feel the rock salts inside). Took the flan to go and it had no taste. Ate a few tapas and again not really impressed. Patatas bravas was soggy (a one must cannot fail dish in a tapas restaurant). Nothing stood of all the various tapas ordered. Surprised at the high rating, maybe a better happy hour experience (we were sober)

This was a return trip to one of our favorite restaurants. We were celebrating a birthday. The lunch special is an excellent value, the tuna salad sandwich is my standard lunch (I cannot help it -- I am addicted). The accompanying butternut squash soup was excellent. And they gave my friend a birthday dessert on-the-house. Her entree and salad looked wonderful and she was very happy. Thank you SER. We shall return again.

Great food and service. The Dover Sole for 2 was expertly deboned at our table. The Alto Moncayo Rose' was very refreshing, and the selection of wines by the glass was generous. The dining room is a bit noisy, so I picked a window table near the entrance, which turned out to be a bit chilly. The underground parking can be reached directly from the restaurant, but it is not obvious. The outdoor entrances to the parking lot are closed at night. Our waiter was gracious to show me how to access the parking lot from the building lobby. I will be back for another visit soon!

The food and service were wonderful at SER! We enjoyed the uniqueness and creativity of our meals and drinks. Our server was friendly and attentive until it began to get quite crowded, then he got much busier and was slow to bring us our check. The ambiance was fun and lively, though a bit noisy. While we appreciated the validated parking in the garage behind the building, it didn't work in the machine at the gate and we had to use the call button for assistance.

SER never disappoints. I've been to dinner here multiple times over the years since SER opened - including their fabulous wine pairing dinners - and I feel so lucky to have this great restaurant in walking distance of my home. Dorada a la Sal is my favorite dish on the menu - make sure to get the tableside mashed potatoes as your side dish!

Service was excellent. We ordered the fruit salad which was very good However- the seafood paella was overcooked and tasted terrible. In fact, the mussel shells just broke in half because it was so overcooked. And the rice was dry. Do not recommend this dish. The waiter was very apologetic. But this should not happen.

Delicious small plates! I think a tad pricey for what it is, but alas, Arlington. This place is tucked away a bit in the Ballston area, but the atmosphere is fantastic and it is such a lovely place to sit back and enjoy a leisurely meal. The food was all fantastic, and we had fantastic service! Highly recommend for a nice dinner, try everything!!

A warm welcome from hostess Ava, excellent table service from waitress Keidy, and "Happy Valentine's Day" wishes from manager Dimitri & owner Javier set a pleasant tone for an enjoyable date night on February 14th. The place was pretty full when we arrived for our 8:45pm reservation, but it quieted down and thinned out before we were halfway done with our dinner. My husband savored a plate of ribs, I savored croquetas that practically melted in my mouth, and we shared the papas bravas drenched in a scrumptious sauce. We even placed an additional order "to go!" And I have no regrets about indulging in the chocolate souffle with coffee-flavored ice cream for dessert, or the orange-flavored brandy drink with just the right amount of sweetness. Make sure to bring your ticket from the underground garage into the restaurant with you and ask the staff to validate it for a discount on parking.

I will definitely be back! My girlfriend has never had paella before & this was the perfect place for her to try it. Sergio was great & the service was impeccable. Truly appreciate the experience I highly recommend.

The food was not as good as I expected it to be. BUT the service was astonishing and everybody was so polite and considerate. I will most definitely be going back here again, bringing friends and family!! It is extremely easy to find parking, the decorations and vibes are immaculate.

The Wagyu flank steak with chimichurri sauce and sauteed vegetables was delicious. The entree came with warm, hearty bread and olive oil for dipping. The service at the bar was prompt and friendly. The ambiance was relaxed and peaceful. The location is convenient.
