This was definitely a different experience. You order at a kiosk and then they bring your food to the table. The food was good, no complaints there, but it was kind of expensive. We enjoyed it though.
Great food. Easy to order. Upstairs seating is my favorite spot! Pricey, but delicious. Fries are a skip to be honest.

I usually don’t have any complaints for shake shack besides the prices. However I decided to try the new Korean bbq burger and it was absolutely disgusting. I don’t know if it was this location or just the burger but they sauced the hell out of it. It would have been fine with some sauce but my burger was smeared which overpowered everything else and made the buns soggy.

The food is always consistently good. This Ballston location also has a nice staff. Much appreciated!We tried the chicken bites for the first time. They were nice and crispy. Really delicious!
it was my first time eating at this place. I had the Korean BBI, and it was full of Salt, and I thought I ordered chicken, but it came beef? The beef was sooooo thin. Anyways I had the worst experience

Did not get my burger so I told the staff. Staff told me to wait. I wait 30 min. Ask again and they say " I gave you that burger". This is after I had been sitting there the whole time. I said he was wrong and he then called me a liar. Eventually got a crappy burger.

Nothing special about this location, but it's clean and well run. I appreciate the kiosks for ordering. If you've never had a shake shack, I think they are about as good as you can get for a fast casual burger.

They had a gentleman working the counter that was giving every patron a hard time about their orders. He refused to take any orders himself but was pretty adamant that every person he helped was tryna pull a fast one on him even though he directed all of them to the kiosks. I used a kiosk to place my TO GO order. Same gentleman brought me the wrong order, forgot my soda and had it prepared for dine in. He also refused to take it back and correct it. I know customer service is becoming a lost art these days, but it sure seemed like this fella was going out of his way to make things harder for everyone involved.

Great food and friendly staff, but S L O W service, no doubt because, while the place may look empty at 6 pm, the good people of Ballston are just arrived home and busy ordering online. So while I was in no physical line, the virtual one was L O N G. Anyway, the employees were great and I was glad to leave a tip, but lesson learned: order online.

I had a great experience here. The shakes and burgers are great. The hot dogs and fries are just okay. Employees were awesome and helpful. I would plan to tip more than fast food since they bring your food and clear your table.
