The Buffett was pretty good. However, I had to ask for coffee three times before I got it. I didn't get cream and sugar or was asked. My party saw the waiters flip dirty table cloths over instead of changing them with clean linens. We were charged for soda and coffee during brunch for Mothers Day that cost about $125 pp with mimosas. We paid for it but didn't make sense. We definitely will not be back to eat there. Service was better prior to the pandemic.

We were celebrating Mother's Day. The Post had a review about this restaurant and I had always wanted to go there. The view was very nice. It was a great place to celebrate a special day!

My fiance and I had an amazing experience at Skydome. Our server was unbeatable, attentive and checked in with us at the perfect times. The food was great (not sure how other reviewers are saying otherwise). Would definitely go back again!

I go here for the view. I eat here every time I have been in Arlington for work. There is a nice view of the district from the Revolving restaurant. The food however, is a mixed bag. Typical restaurant food. Nothing I have eaten has been all that special. This last visit I had octopus and chicken wings. The octopus was actually the best thing I've ever eaten here. However the chicken wings were terrible. I've had the salmon before it's OK nothing special. The service is the same, typical Hotel serving staff. Not bad not great.

The view was absolutely amazing with the exception of once the restaurant revolved to face the apartments, we could see directly into private apartments and that was a bit much, but that was not due to the restaurant, that was on the builder of the apartments. My husband raved about the chicken dish. He stated that it was tender enough to cut with a fork! My experience was a little different. The middle of my burger was undone and mushy but the fries were great!! But back to the revolving restaurant, just amazing!

Food: 4/5 My boyfriend ordered the filet which he said was good, I ordered the salmon which I thought was yummy but overcooked. The sauce it was in was delicious though. We split the truffles fries which were good also, typically can't go wrong with a good truffle fry! Service: 3/5 Our waiter was decent, seemed to be preoccupied causing him to not be as attentive, but I'd say he was still nice and direct. The wait for the food was extremely long though, it was about 40 to 45 minutes, causing us to be late to our next destination. Ambiance: 5/5 The views were amazing, especially at a window seat (which they were able to accommodate for us after about a 15 minute wait.) On top of that the playlist was solid with kaytranada in the rotation! All in all I'd rate the experience altogether a 4/5, it was a nice place to celebrate a birthday dinner, with great views, and decent food, just wished the food didn't take so long.

Food was alright, Not bad but not out of this world. Service definitely left us feeling neglected. We only ended up ordering tapas since they never came back for our main course order. Best thing there was the view.

Really enjoyed our experience at Skydome especially the ambiance and the experience of a rotating restaurant. The food was delicious also and our waitress was attentive and very cordial.

The service to get drinks was very slow but the food was good. We all enjoyed the rotating room and views over DC.

Food was good and service was great. View was awesome, especially we got to see it go from dusk to evening—National mall, Washington monument, pentagon and AF Memorial was all visible. Menu is a little limited. 2 people was about $100 with drinks, no dessert—about par for the area. All said will be coming back.

Much nicer than the hotel, the food and serivce were great. The atmosphere is awesome with great views over looking the city as it turn.

I used to work here. It is not funny how terribly the place is run. Mgmt knowingly hired predatory workers who were constantly plotting on slipping things into womens' drinks to hurt them. If only they spent more time on safety of guests and employees, instead of serving up unappetizing, unsanitary food.

Skydome Restaurant in Arlington, VA, promises an elevated dining experience with its stunning views of the Pentagon and Downtown DC. While the panoramic vistas certainly deliver, the overall dining experience falls short of the lofty expectations set by its picturesque setting. Undoubtedly, the highlight of Skydome is its unique feature--the floor rotates 360 degrees, providing diners with an ever-changing perspective of the surrounding landmarks while enjoying their meal. For those seeking a memorable visual feast, Skydome unquestionably delivers on this front. As for the culinary offerings, the menu boasts an array of enticing options, but the execution leaves something to be desired. I sampled the Burrata beets with jewel tomatoes, citrus, balsamic pearls, and basil, as well as the Organic Roasted Chicken with red wine sauce and creamy mashed potatoes. While both dishes were palatable, I couldn't shake the feeling that they were overpriced for the portion sizes and quality offered. My spouse opted for the Local Harvest Salad and the Shrimp Paccheri Pasta. While he found them to be satisfactory, they failed to leave a lasting impression. Despite the underwhelming culinary experience, it's undeniable that Skydome's unparalleled views add a layer of allure to the dining experience. For those who prioritize ambiance and scenery, a visit to Skydome may be worthwhile solely for the breathtaking vistas. In conclusion, Skydome Restaurant offers a mixed bag--spectacular views paired with food that fails to match the hype. While the setting may be perfect for special occasions or out-of-town guests looking to soak in the sights of the nation's capital, discerning diners may find themselves underwhelmed by the overall dining experience.

I liked most everything. Prices were a little high, most entrees were 30$, but it's worse in DC. View was great. Service was a little slow but ok. We were a party of 5 adults and 2 kids. I had the salmon and mashed potatoes and the creme brulee. You go there mostly for the view.
