Service was slow and staff very dismissive and disinterested. Menu uninspiring, but not as uninspiring as the roaches crawling across the windowsills inside...

Solid American food. Was not blown away but good place to get a burger

I was in Arlington in 2018. Every day of my two-week stay in Arlington I have eaten in The Spirits of 76. Every lunch, every brunch, every dinner. The best place in the US I'have ever seen. It was a great time! I regret They didn't have breakfest. Great people, great cuisine!

Best bar in Arlington. Food is fantastic and the owner and staff are the best.

Probably one of the best meals we've had via take out (thanks to the Coronavirus) and we are so happy to keep supporting this local business. We ordered in drunken ribeye and a grilled chicken sandwich and you could tell both pieces of meat were high quality and delicious. I loved the mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables that came with the side of the steak. When everything calms down we hope to enjoy many more meals here in person!

From out of time and was found on Google. We took a chance and went there. Great decision as the food was great, and great atmosphere. Will recommend it to people.

I hesitate to leave a 5 star review because I really like this place but it's not too big. The food was great, service was immaculate, and the prices are reasonable! I wish this was in Tyson's so I could go weekly. But it's probably better for my wallet if it's not. Anyways, it's a great place and the staff is super friendly. I'll be coming back.

The restaurant is a little small, so it can get cramped with a crowd, but the food was very good. Cornbread was the best I've ever had! Service was pretty good. Drink selection was OK.

Had high hopes for this restaurant based on the high ratings. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing spectacular. I ordered the steak & cheese sandwich and fries. All the food was fair, but nothing stood out. However, the portions are big and filling. The wait staff was very attentive and frequently checked in. The atmosphere became quite loud at times, making it difficult to hear others at my table.

I’ve known Paddy for more than a decade, and his bar is an excellent place for food and drinks. It doesn’t really cater to the traditional 20-something Clarendon drinker — the crowd usually ranges 30s and above. The bartenders take time to get to know you, and everything I've had on the menu has been great — from buffalo chicken wings on a weeknight to, really, any of the brunch dishes. Great atmosphere. Great service. Great food. They’re also willing to host events on occasion, like baby showers and community meet-ups.

Great bar. Very comfortable neighborhood bar with a decent selection of beer on tap and bottles, with a few stellar food choices (hello potato skins!).
