Terribly unorganized. The employees don't seem to care at all about getting drinks out correctly or in a timely manner. Couldn't believe how bad they behaved either - two of the employees clearly had an issue with one another which contributed to the chaos.

Can't get a decent Grande Soy Chai up in this airport. Watered down and just not good. Service was ok.

This Starbucks is located at the southern end of terminal 2 at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport next to Gate B22. It's an island coffee shop so it's hard to miss. There's a small counter nearby for you to enjoy your drink. Per the usual, I skipped the line and placed my order on their mobile app. Unfortunately, this location was missing ingredients for my drink and they didn't warm up my food properly when I was last here. They ran out of cream so the barista substituted it with milk. My bacon, sausage, and egg wrap was still cold in the middle. I know it's a busy location, but I don't mind waiting if it means that they'll do things right.

Slowest Starbucks operation in history. With 7 people working, they are probably 80% less productive than your average Starbucks: About 3 of them are talking doing nothing, they do not take mobile orders and mix up orders about half the time.

Waited 1 hour for a grande drink. The size was wrong, and I almost missed my flight. Would not recommend. If you want coffee just go to the Dunkin's right next to it.

Starbucks in terminal two at Regan International Airport. The Starbucks is a small shop right next to terminal D. This Starbucks is just like another Starbucks out there. They have the same stuff as other Starbucks well kinda.As soon as you get into the line. The atmosphere is just not there. The workers just seem like they hate their job and don't want to do anything. Sometimes they are always partying more than working. It's just completely unprofessional. I don't know who is running the place but I think someone in Starbucks corporate needs to come and do something. It's literally that bad.If you come to get your favorite drink from this Starbucks. Most likely they will be out and other words, they don't want to make it and just say they are out. It's just so embarrassing and not worth the time. I see they are opening another location across the hall I hope these workers are not moving in there. There will be no point of making a new Starbucks with the same workers.This Starbucks is not clean and needs to be completely replaced which I believe they are building the new Starbucks across the hall which I said in my previous comment above. The hours of this Starbucks is 4am to 8pm but don't worry, they probably be closed before 8pm.The employees are not the greatest in the world. Very rude and sometime disrespectful. I go to this Starbucks sometimes when I fly and it's the same thing with them. Talking to each other beside the customer. This location is really busy! So be prepared to wait in line for a very long time.I do not recommend this Starbucks. Go to Dunkin' Donuts in Terminal D. Better customer service and you will get the drink you wanted. This Starbucks is literally and I'm not being dramatic, it's literally the worst Starbucks in history. Save your time and money and if you don't believe me. Look at all the negative reviews they have on Google and yelp.Overall 1/5

This line was because the employee running the register was too busy texting on her phone to help customers woman in background with orange hair). On behalf of the whole line, I'd like to apologize for interrupting her conversation. I know it's the airport but the service has really gotten bad. Apparently Starbucks doesn't care about service as long as you don't have a choice. In contrast, The woman making drinks was very polite. Overall, it's making me unlikely to choose Starbucks anywhere not just this location.

The airport is small. All the flights leave almost at the same time between 5-6. The airport basically clears out for the next wave.

So rude and disgusting and it’s Sunday night at 7:35pm April 2, 2022 whoever was working at this time closed 30 minutes early and refused to take orders extremely rude outside of B21 gate . . Two African American young women. . DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR
