Very flimsy cup partially collapsed when I picked it up and it spilled boiling hot coffee on the back of my hand. You would think that almost $3 for a small cup of coffee that Starbucks could at least put it in a decent cup that won't start to collapse when you just go to pick it up! Service was good. Workers were nice. Room was pleasant.

Would give zero stars went in this morning ordered a iced vinti white chocolate mocha with an extra shot and I got a hot one and no extra shot this isn't the first timeThis location can't get an order right

I’ve been here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. Ty is a rockstar who can manage entirely in her own. Even when it does get busy, she always remains professional and never ceases to have a smile on her face. Did I mention she’s a great barista and knows what she’s doing? Go Ty! While Starbucks tends to be consistent overall, my drinks made by Ty always taste just the way they should.

Customer service is definitely not key at this location. I went in with my spouse on 5dec2021 at around 1240 and the two workers were extreamly rude and unresponsive. My wife gave her order twice to the lady behind the counter and then when her drink tasted off she asked if her drink had the extra camera she payed for and a lady who didn't touch her drink in a rude and dismissive manner told her "yeah its right"
