This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to! The employees are very welcoming and the place overall is one of the cleanest I've ever been to. I wanted to shout out Melanie as she was really nice and patient! I will definitely will be coming back!

My order was totally botched, and it was not the fault of the delivery man. when I called the store, they said that there was nothing they could do for me except send me to Uber eats even though it was there a mistake with the order. this used to be a great store. It has totally gone downhill.

Today I walk-in, the black female with long fake hair, is extremely rude. She do not make you feel welcoming at all. You say HI, she do not say “Hi Good Morning”. I ask for water, I say that you so much, she stays silent and say absolutely nothing back to you. Wow horrible customer service and no energy of excitement.

This Starbucks location does not provide the green coffee plastic pushpin stoppers causing coffee to spill all over your white blouse as you drive to the office on the speed bumps in the parking lot. For an $8 coffee, I cannot get a 2¢ green stopper. The stickers don't help to prevent spills. I have to save the dirty stoppers from the crystal Dr, Acadia or Dupont circle locations and wash those off and remember to carry with me to this location. Seating space is very limited because there are so many patrons. Therefore it's irritating when one bathroom is always closed. I try to avoid this location if passing through a different Starbucks but unfortunately it's the only one near my office.

So, I'm down here in Arlington, VA, doing a sales blitz for my job. I decided to stop at this Starbucks location to use the facilities and grab a coffee. While using the facilities, this 2-inch bug that appeared to me to be a roach was running around on the floor. It dropped onto the floor behind me and was big enough to make an audible sound when it landed, which got my attention. Needless to say, I didn't order coffee. I did let one of the staff members know about it. But I still felt compelled to share this information here on Yelp. I really wanted a Caramel Macchiato, but after seeing this critter, I changed my mind as quickly as this bug was running around on the bathroom floor!! Yuck!

I went today to get my breakfast sandwich and coffee like I used to do every day for the past 3 weeks during my visit to Virginia and DC area, and I found MALIKA shouting at me when I asked her to warm up my sandwich on a medium heat giving a neutral excuse the at sandwich should be cooked even if it's too crunchy like last time and I didn't like it!! She was very aggressive at 8:47 while we still starting our days and all we need is a cup of coffee, a warm sandwich, and a good smile.She just ruined my morning with her bad attitude.Also, while I'm writing this feedback she is standing behind the counter chatting with her colleague and putting hands cream and not using gloves!!

An excellent Starbucks! The staff are friendly and the service is quick. I've gotten breakfast here twice recently and have not regretted it. The last time they didn't have orange juice, but I didn't mind too much because they had another juice option available. Just what I needed on an early Sunday morning. Definitely recommend this store if you're in the Cherrydale neighborhood.

Stopped off at the Starbucks Lyons Village Shopping Center. Been there a long time. 2 employees. Ordered tea and the check-out person plainly forgot to make as many others behind us were served and she then remembered tea bags. Lots of young folks working on their devices. Festive . Just wished they paid more closer attention to orders.
