I've been going here for over 8 years on and off. Inconsistent food quality on the Peruvian chicken, dry and sitting under heater too long. Sides are very oily and questionable of freshness. I felt the quality has gone down through the years, and the price keeps going up. There are better restaurants worth spending $20 on. Customer service is low quality and low engagement. They cleaned the floors while I was eating at night time. Smelling bleach while eating my food was not a pleasant experience.

Chicken is great and i want to try the fish. Menu seems a bit pricey considering what it is though. Big fan of the yucca as well. And the sauces are great too. The horchata isn’t fresh but that can be dismissed i guess.
I wrote a review for their other location by Ballston, and it was a total disappointment. This is much better service, somehow better flavored, although I’m sure as a chain they use the same recipes, and they accept contactless payments here.

Always good for a decent meal of fast food. Rotisserie chicken is very good and they do have a variety of other kinds of food available. Seating area is just the basics.
The staff were very helpful when I ordered. The chicken and sides were well seasoned and tasty. The menu here has a great variety of items and is not limited to rotisserie chicken. They also have subs, kabobs and complete entrees. The portions are more than enough.
