I went there earlier to eat lunch and there was a bug in my food. I go back to the restaurant they throw the old one away and make me a new one and there's an even bigger bug in that one!!

We had a group order here, and the food was good. My salad tasted good, was a little heavy on the Kale, but otherwise, it was good. However, another coworker thought their salad was lacking in salad. I can't say much for the atmosphere as I did not enter the location personally.

This was the worst experience ever with Sweetgreen. They were out of avocado and would not even substitute for anything else. They were also out of bread. The staff person was rude when I asked for substitutes and said that it was late they were out of a lot of things. As she finished with me, she headed behind the counter, where she started talking in Spanish about my request.

I just recently moved to Arlington and this place is down the street from my new job. It looked great when they brought out my salad but the taste was very bland and mediocre. I’ve been to sweet green before and it was much better than this. Could just be a bad batch but I’m not coming back after this experience.

Their salads made me Sick! I don’t know what their hygienic standards are in that restaurant. Based on the way these salads were prepared (ex: Touching a dirty surface before grabbing greens with spiked gloves), I’m not feeling well right now & will never order from them again!

I've been here at this location several times in the months of june, july, august, september and this month.I like the salads that i had, they were fresh but portions were on the small side.Service was cold even business was slow, paper napkins unaccessible and tap water dispenser inoperable until this month. One time this month, the complimentary slice of bread that comes with the salad was not available, no alternative offered so i have to buy the focaccia bread.Hopefully, change can happen and business at this location continue to thrive.
