Great salads. A bit concerned, though, that what should be the "F" buttons on BOTH card readers at this location were scratched off. Why is this important? When the tipping option comes up, the "F" button is the button that allows you to choose "no tip" before you pay. Scratched off on one card reader, fine, but the only buttons scratched off on both card readers? Very interesting....I observed the same issue at the Sweetgreen located at Foggy Bottom as well. Many college students eat there. They should be able to see which button gives them the option to not tip...

lowest quality experience Ive ever had at a sweet green. the line was completely unstocked and it took nearly 10 minutes to complete my order — this picture was the result… horrible tasting, not fresh, and poor experience on account pf the staff.

Nice and busy location.

I don’t know if it’s all of sweetgreen now but at this particular location the portion I received was so small. I paid 17$ for a half salad. It was ridiculous. Do not place pickup orders from here.

Love the healthy food concept, I’ve eaten in other sweet greens before. Unfortunately on this one there are a few easy fixes: 1. This place HAS reusable plates, nonetheless they weren’t offered to us, we got compostable plates, and the “compostable” bin was tiny. Visual Signage infront of it with HOw to dispose them to minimize space is required. Even better? Give employees an incentive to offer reusables in their SOPS. The rice in my bowl was extremely burnt! What it supposed to be? I’ve tried delicious black rice that is black as a fancy type of rice, not burnt at all. Kind cashiers though!

I order from Uber Eats . The portion was 1/2 of what it should be if ordered in the store . This cost me $18Never again ! This is absolutely unacceptable for such a large company.Never order from here for deliveryAlso no utensils were givenWhen I tried calling the store I got a message saying “closed for the holidays “!? This particular SweetGreen is close to my work. I was low on food and didn't have lunch and was hangry! I wanted a salad so, here I am.I couldn't really decide what I wanted. I've only been to sweetgreen a few times and don't do well with too many options. So, I opted for the Guacamole Greens salad with additional salmon. Again, I was hungry. My server appeared new as she kept reading something to remind her what goes in my salad. I've gotta say that....... this whole tipping thing is getting out of hand. I was trying to pay and couldn't figure out how to work the payment device. I was trying to figure it out and asked for help when the server told me what was going on. It was asking for a tip. Huh? I ordered a salad to go. I'm confused. When she asked if I wanted to leave a tip and my response was no I feel she kinda 'turned off'. Like, she was done with me. Awkward! I wonder, is McDonald's asking for tips now too? Anyway, I got back to my desk and devoured that salad! It was okay. I think next time I'll try the build your own.

The salads are okay, but they're VERY expensive. My salad usually comes up to about $20 which is extremely overpriced for a salad that I could easily make at home for the fraction of the cost. I also want to mention that yesterday the rice in my salad was uncooked and very difficult to chew. The employees aren’t welcoming or helpful. I definitely can't afford to spend $20 on a salad everyday, so I won't be coming here too often.

Good, though slightly pricey lunch. I got the Shroomami with quinoa and chicken instead of brown rice and tofu. I'm definitely a fan of that warm bowl. I've also been told the roasted pepper and feta is good and that the guacamole greens is even better. Line was pretty bad around 1pm but it's probably still better than ordering through the app since they'll mix in the dressing for you and you can ask for "a little more" of something. Green tea was surprisingly good as well. Warm Bowl+Bread+ Drink equals a solid lunch.

Literally served me raw / not fully cooked wild rice. No one picks the calls, as it keeps going to the bot ?

This location gives WAY less food than other Sweetgreen locations!! Please beware when ordering from here. My salad was so sparse, definitely not worth the price I paid (esp since Sweetgreen is already pricey, you’d at least expect enough in the salad). I’ve actually never had this issue at the Crystal City, Clarendon or Ballston locations so I think the issue is just with this particular one.
