Ordered two meals one for lunch and pozole and some rice and beans for dinner but instead they gave me some pineapple Taco which is kind of gross. When I told him they didn't give me the posole I ordered the guy just said I charged you for the taco and walked away.

I love taco bamba's other locations, so shirlington was a bit of a letdown. The good: food came up quickly and cocktails were tasty. The less good: bar service was very slow. Drinks took longer than our food to come up. I was also disappointed in the lack of vegetarian options. With such a unique menu at other locations, I'd hoped for more options here. The queso is also unfortunately not great. The interior is small, but didn't seem overly crowded.

I’m eating tacos here my last night in town and now I never want to go home. The ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly and the drinks are great. I’m in love!

Visitors to Shirlington eat at the expensive restaurants on the strip. Locals know that Taco Bamba is where is it at. Good food. Awesome servers. Great prices.

We ordered some vegetarian dishes like mushroom tacos, veggie quesadillas and a veggie sandwich which was so damn delicious ? all the items were so tasty even if it was delivered to our house can’t imagine going in the restaurant and actually having hot meals. I’d definitely recommend this place for all vegetarians.?

I just realized that I posted a review of Taco Bamba a month ago and forgot! Oops! Anyway, to reiterate from a month ago, this place rules, and I have yet to have a taco from here that I didn't love. Be forewarned though, they have so many inventive tacos on their menu that it can be hard to choose!. I also love their breakfast torta, power bowls, and they have incredible queso. Always friendly service too!

After a long day of walking all over WDC we stopped here for dinner. These were the best Tacos! It's a stiff competition for our favorite Torchy's in Texas.

Well made Mexican food, it was fast and tasty. Taco bamba has variety on their menu. The food combinations are good. We loved everything we ordered. We ordered El bacho nacho and El Guapo quesadillas. They have a rich taste, not basic and not over powering taste. it's fast paced, not too expensive and the food taste great. You can sit inside or outside. I will definitely go back again. There's free parking garage close by.

Orders online, said it would be ready in 15 minutes, I’ve waited 20 min After the 15 minutes had elapsed. Offered me Chips & Salsa while I waited… nice, thank you, but I want the food I ordered on the timeline you stated. Also, TURN THE MUSIC DOWN. IT’S A RESTAURANT, NOT A CLUB.I couldn’t hear myself speak and if the person taking your order had to keep saying “huh” and “what”… you have a problem.

Alright… Taco Bamba already had great food going for it but the Shirlington location has a bar with a quality bar menu. If you like tequila, mezcal, and gin… it’ll tickle your pickle (lol). My favorite are the tortas and the tacos tradicionales. Also… they serve breakfast and free coffee all day. My sister got Bamba fries and she about died and went to heaven (her words). And breakfast food is my favorite so maybe I’m biased (see photo of Torta de Huevo❤️).… Also Happy Hour has $5 drinks and a “Jeffrey”. Admittedly,I’ve not tried “The Jeffrey” yet but if the movie: Get Him to the Greek” has taught us anything is “… who can be scared of a Jeffrey? Jeffrey is just this nice bloke from down the road, isn’t he..?”And I probably should have written this review tomorrow when the seasonal Passionfruit Margaritas’, that Fred made me, were out of my system.Anyway, I think I’ve found my new watering hole :)Dietary restrictions: Gluten, pescatarian, Vegetarian, and Vegan friendlyKid-friendliness: There is bar seating and dining room seating. Came around late lunch and dinner time and there were families, couples, friends, and individuals sittingWheelchair accessibility: 1 floor, wide doors and hallways
