I tend to avoid this place. Constantly 45 min to an hour wait to get your order. For freaking Taco Bell, that is bananas. If you order ahead over the app you can forget about ever seeing your food. Your best bet is to order at a kiosk and select pay cash, then if you get sick of waiting all day and night for your food you can bail without them keeping your money. Half the time they don’t even realize you still need to pay and you get free food. If you order over the app, the system seems to make you a lesser priority than all the door dash orders.In my considerable experience eating at Taco Bell, the food here is above average quality for Taco Bell. Unfortuently, half the menu is usually not in stock.

I was really disappointed by this Taco Bell. They seemed quite careless in terms of completing your order accurately.They forgot to add jalapeños to my power bowl.They didn’t grill any cheese on the outside of my grilled cheese burrito, which is kind of the entire point of the grilled cheese burrito.Of the 5 tacos in our bag, 2 were placed upside-down and 1 sideways. It wouldn’t have been a huge problem if they were wrapped more securely, but they were also wrapped loosely and the tacos were spilling out into the rest of the bag.Lastly, while I don’t blame the staff for this one, the kiosk crashed while we were inputting our order. We had to switch to a new kiosk and re-enter the entire order.Overall, extremely disappointing. When I pay more for a burrito with cheese on the outside or when I pay more for jalapeños to be added, I expect that to be taken seriously. Isn’t Taco Bell cantina supposed to be a higher standard?

Hit or miss on how fast you're getting your food. But they also know they're the only ones open until 4am. So you're on their time obviously.All orders go through the kiosk for the most part. Don't be upset when they don't acknowledge you.

Worst Taco Bell and that’s saying a lot. They traded out their employees for touch screens and the touch screens are broken. I gave up trying to use the touch screens when the THIRD one wouldn’t work. Just walked out. Wish I never walked in.

The customer service was magnificent, they explained a new item for me to get and I actually love you.
Not sure why there is such a disparity with reviews for this Taco Bell. Maybe the night service is horrendous, but every time I have gone during the lunch hour, there are no fewer than 5 employees who get my order done in just a few minutes. The restaurant is also always clean and quiet. Perhaps the best move is to eat here during the day, and skip night orders and ordering on delivery platforms.

This was first to this location and it surprised me that the white boys that was standing around acting like they had no home training and was super loud for no reason when they wad standing in a group of more than 3 and some of the young ladies was just as loud.
