Why are hotels making it a serious issue to have a Microwave and Fridge in the already expensive room I don't understand having to leave you room to heat you food where you have to share a Microwave with everyone ?Doesn't make sense.

Trash, $16 for a burnt sandwich, good thing it took forever, love wasting time and money

Food is okay just overpriced for what you get. Drink prices are expensive as well but you are also in a hotel.

Excellent place to stay when you want to be close to DCA/Reagan International airport. 3 minute drive in early AM. Super comfortable bed, nice cafe. Friendle courteous, competent staff. On-site parking. Great AC in room during hot day. Would stay again!

Right on time. I checked in and needed something quick. The flat bread pizza and Cobb salad hit the spot.

Beautiful atmosphere; plenty of space to sit, watch TV, mingle with others, eat, etc. I had a dessert and it was delicious. The cashier was very friendly.

My wife and I had an overnight stay at this location because of a flight delay. It is .5 from DCA, and very nice hotel. It is reasonability priced and nice. An issue for us was no 24 hour shuttle service since our flight left at 5:14am we had to call an uber for a 3am pick up which worked out ok. It would have been 5 of 5 if 24 hour shuttle service was provided you would think being so close to DCA airport it would be.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The hotel appeared to be safe and the food was good in the restaurant. I was disappointed that the wireless internet did not work in my room. When "Guest" did not work, a staff member gave me the password to the other wireless system, but that did not work either. The signal was just too weak. Lots of less expensive hotels have dependable wireless. Marriott should follow their example. Eventually, I discovered that the wireless worked in the lobby and the restaurant. I was able to find the hotel when I arrived, and did not mind too much that the hotel does not have a sign. I didn't mind much that the lobby and restaurant are decorated with dead sticks arranged in pots; or that the sink in my bathroom didn't drain; or that the shampoo smelled like asphalt. What I really minded was feeling ripped off. The price was ridiculous. I was there for a conference in Crystal City, but I wished that I had booked a less expensive hotel a few miles farther out.

Didn't try the food yet, but the bartender was super unattentive and we had to ask her to help us every time for a drink or service. Only like 5 people in the entire bar and restaurant. Front Desk is awesome and attentive. On hotel review, much better ratings. Just don't plan to eat or drink quickly at the Bistro.

The people working here are really nice, so I feel bad giving a negative review, but the food was flavorless and undercooked (and came out as the wrong item the first time). Plus, whoever selected this place's furniture and layout is just bad at their job. The chairs are too low for the tables in many cases, and the laptop table is right next to a blaring television -- so you can only see the television if you're sitting at the laptop table and if you're sitting at the laptop table it's too loud and distracting to use a laptop.

Stayed at this location for a work conference. Pro: Very clean hotel. Rooms were immaculate. Shower was strong and hot. Conference facilities on the second floor were nice. Good set up to hotel. The ladies who work at Starbucks and the breakfast/restaurant area are SO nice. Cons: Shuttle driver was really rude. Picked me up with my work colleague at the airport. The shuttle was very full. He said the shuttle services 3 Marriott properties in Crystal City. He started dropping off/picking up guests at the other Marriott properties. At some point he says he asked if everyone on the bus was headed to the other property. We didn't hear him (shuttle was full and noisy) so when we asked him later to drop us off at Courtyard, he got a HUGE attitude and went off on us. Told us he asked if we were at the other Marrriott...well, we didn't HEAR you. What a jerk. Also, they de-activated my key early, so when I had to get out of the garage, I was trapped. I had to go BACK up to the lobby to get my key fixed and the lobby staff didn't care, couldn't even bother to apologize. The front desk staff seemed untrained, disorganized and didn't care.

The food was great! The Rigatoni dish was superb and the chocolate cake was good. It's a good place if you want to stay in the hotel to eat. No qualms at all, or none I could see.
