Stopped in for a proper pint at the bar on Saturday afternoon and took advantage of their Happy House food menu -- the calamari was fabulous! Perfectly done (NOT rubbery) and love the added bite of the chili peppers. Also got a simple red pizza - great crust and loved the addition of fontina. Well done all around!

I chose Liberty Tavern to celebrate my birthday with my daughters and granddaughter. My first choice was an appetizer of "calamari " . The portion looked large but consisted of breaded red pepper, fennel and some calamari. Very spicey! A second choice was buttered shrimp which also was very spicey. They did replace it without spice. The service was very good and our waitress or mgt removed the calamari from our tab. I loved being with my daughters but I would not go again.

They did not allow us to stay because we had a service dog animal. Even though we showed them the us service animal card. The dog belong to our 11th yrs old son who is autistic. It has been prescribed by is psychiatrist. It was very disturbing for him. We have been going there for years but we will never go there. Our son is quiet upset.

I would like to thank the Liberty Tavern Staff for their attentive and friendly service and incredible food during my Dad's Repass lunch on March 1 2024. They prepared a complete lunch from appetizers to their famous cheese cake for thirty people. I only wish we had ordered more of the grilled cheese apetizers. They were eaten before the delicious tomato soup shooters even came out! Their steak sandwich on the home made brioche bun was also a huge hit for everyone.
