I came in from Washington state to D.C. and they were so welcoming and they even gave kids free ice cream! Definitely the best hole in the wall restaurant in the world by far!!! Highly recommend!

We ordered vegan takeout from this restaurant. They had a fun deal on Ubereats where you could get two slices of vegan cake for the price of one. We were astounded when the food arrived. It's all delicious, high quality and generous portions!We had a vegan pizza with lots of toppings (they offer numerous vegan meats!), chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs. All was delicious!I HIGHLY recommend getting food here if you're vegan!Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Such amazing vegan cheese pizza and vegan ice cream. Full disclosure, I’m not vegan - just dairy free - so I got excited that they had vegan cheese pizza so I didn’t have to pick off most of the cheese. LET ME TELL YOU HOW FREAKING GOOD THIS PIZZA IS! It was perfect and thin and crisp, and the dough and sauce was 10/10. I will say that vegan cheese holds heat like it’s molten lava, so careful if you’re scarfing it down in your car like I was. But honestly, best pizza I’ve had in a while. The owner is the nice guy, gave me a sample of this coconut milk ice cream and it was DELICIOUS! Hands down the best pizza and vegan dishes in the DC area. Even with our various dietary restrictions, Troy's always delivers! The food comes out quick, tastes great and the entire staff is absolutely awesome to talk to. I've been there at least 5 times and never once was I even slightly disappointed. It's a fixed place we come to everytime we visit DC (and come more than once during our trips)Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian and vegan options that you never can try them all in one shot! Have been here over 5 times and still getting to try new dishes every time we come!Dietary restrictions: They have a Swaminarayan and Jain menu that made it super convenient to fit in our dietary needs WITHOUT sacrificing the taste...at all!Parking: Never had issues finding parking right in front the restaurant.

I tried troys a year ago and absolutely fell in love with it. I absolutely love their elote pizza. It has all the flavors spicy, sour, and sweet. I didn’t have a picture of my pizza from a year ago, but there was LOTS of toppings. However when I returned yesterday there were barely any toppings on my pizza. I’m very disappointed with my pizza and the price that I paid for. Overall, it’s overpriced and the portions are too small. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this establishment.Update: the owner called me and explained the situation I will definitely be back!

WOW!! AMAZING! All I had was the vegan gluten free cheese bread and a small gluten free vegan bbq veggie pizza w vegan chicken and ham and I mean I couldve ate both entire dishes to myself with no feeling of guilt. It's hard to find good quality food, for a good price that has vegan and gluten free options. This will be my new favorite spot. I am so happy and the owner was very nice, welcoming and made sure we were accommodated. Well done!!
